I have purchased Kodak TV 55 inch UHD TV from Flipkart.
I have contacted Flipkart but they give just customer care number of Kodak TV no help.
I have contacted Kodak TV customer care they told me to troubleshoot remote and make a video of the same and told that as soon as we get video they will dispatch the new remote. I have done the same.but they have not send me new remote.
They told me that to send back remote to Delhi and share the receipt of same.
After contact several times they told me that this remote is not available in stock.
