Kodak — led tv display problem

We recently purchased kodak xsmart 124cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv, in flipkart website. Few days back, while watching tv, entire screen turned to black, starting from left side and within second spread toward right side and then entire screen turned to black. Now suddenly the display gone only audio is getting from tv. I was sent two videos of your consumer care email. Ur team successfully replaced my old tv into new but the new tv is an defective one has the same problem which i mentioned in old tv to replace. I contact ur customer service at the day itself about this defective tv.
It has now been 2 months since i didn't get any solution from your side i have also contact and left emials for your representatives. No one has responded,

I have purchased Kodak smart TV with 4k 49 inch last year but now it was not working display problem but technician came and seen this issue and he told that parts are not available this TV is not useful then y u r manufacturing tv without non availability of parts please give the clarification of availability of parts and any one related to Kodak tv executive call me back to my number [protected]

I bought kodak tv long back and had extended warranty. 2nd year i asked them to repair the tv they took more than 8 months to repair, many times my parents visited the store but no use. Now still i am facing issue with network in this tv. I cant connect wifi. God knows what they repaired and why still these problems exist.

Maine kodak company ki led tv 32 inch smart kharidi flipkart se aaj hi installation hua maine Ghar aake dekha tv k corner pe crack h screen m please replace my led tv my mobile number is [protected] please contact me and resolved my problem.
