***FRAUD KODAK - DO NOT GO FOR KODAK PRODUCT. REMOTE OF MY NEW KODAK ANDROID LED TV WHICH I BOUGHT JUST 2 MONTHS BACK STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY. TRIED CALLING KODAK CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES AND AS PER THEIR INFO I SENT ALL REQUESTED DETAILS TO CONSUMER CARE MAIL ID AND REMOTE CONTROL DEPARTMENT THREE DAYS BACK BUT NOT EVEN A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE YET.

I Bought second last year kodak smart 32 inch TV,
TV is working good condition but yesterday it was not working as per remote using .
I could not understand that remote is not working ya tv sensor not working ..
i tried to more time on customer care number but my call is not connect to customer care.

Kodaktv customer care is Worst and pathetic in the world therefore dont waste your time and energy on these stupid scoundrel's. Giving you the best option that You should know that this is a Bluetooth based remote that consumes lots of battery as Bluetooth devices do. Possibly you to use the chargeable battery which can be charged and change the batteries on a frequent basis. and as it is Bluetooth based remote if by mistakenly any button is being pressed for the whole night. so the remote will stop working for a few hours, if you try it after 5 to 6 hours it will start working again.
Still, if your remote is not working after troubleshooting please share one video with new batteries.
For meanwhile Kindly follow these steps to run Remote android Tv on your Mobile.
1. Go to App Store
2. Search for Remote android Tv in the search Bar.
3. Let the download option be completed.
4. Click on open and enjoy the new app remote control in mobile.

My TV remote was damaged. When i called the customer service at Kodak, they said to pay 700 for new remote and will be dispatched soon.
This happened on 3Nov. The company has been cheating me for last 20 days and remote is not yet dispatched.
Everyday when i call them, they said it will be dispatched soon.
Because the remote is not available any were else i have no other options.
Request your support in resolving the issue on priority.

the operators had the audacity to say that " our installation will occur after 48hrs to 72hrs and that hours are of the working hours

I have grown to hate KODAK just after 6 days of ownership of 43" 4K smart led tv which i bought from AMAZON. The product was delivered to me at 12 noon on 24th of oct 2020 and after daily calling the customer care number which itself i shouldn't have to do cause YOU guys should have already got an alert after the purchase from amazon. INSTEAD the operators had the audacity to say that " our installation will occur after 48hrs to 72hrs and that hours are of the working hours. Now yesterday [28-oct-2020] the installation person came and installed it and found out that the tv is faulty. I again reached to AMAZON right that very moment for the return of the product and described them on the phone they didn't placed the return order for the product instead they ordered another service person while the installation person was standing right next to me [if you guys had no trust in that guys capability why would you even send him on such delicate installation that even we the owner can't put our selves].

Given defective Kodak Android 50inches TV
Dear Kodak customer Care team,
This is regarding my complaint to Kodak customer care. Complaint no. is DE0920TV11358. Kodak persons are also taking it seriously. I am extremely upset with such a worst services.
I have purchased Kodak Android TV, 50 Inches-1 No. from Flipkart on 15 August’20 amounting to Rs 26499/- (Invoice attached) along with complete Protection warranty amounting to Rs 2099/- (Total expense Rs 28, 598/-), which got delivered on 20 August’20. Initial 15 days it was working well but from 3 September’20 onwards it started creating problem. When I switch on the TV, its light got green but nothing is visible on screen. Only sounds are coming but picture is not coming. (Images and videos are attached for your ready reference)
I have registered complaints on flipkart complete protection against the problem which I am facing with new Kodak Android led TV. My Complaint no CLCP[protected] KODAK 50 INCH LED PROBLEM. After complaining, one Technician visited my place, checked the TV and told that the Panel of the TV is not working. And after that no response received.
I had contacted talk to owner of Service centre on his mobile no [protected], which is in Faridabad. He informed me that he is unable to upload the documents on Jeeves site, as this site is not working from last 3 to 4 days.
I am very much upset with the services which Flipkart is serving. Flipkart and seller has provided defected TV to me which is not even working. My new TV got dead within 35 days. This is totally unacceptable. Why should I pay Rs 28, 598/- for this defected TV? If they change panel then there is no guarantee that it will run for a longer period. I will not keep this defective piece any longer with me.
Hence, I need either total refund or replacement of this defected TV with new TV. I am lodging report in consumer court against Flipkart, service centre and Jeeves to get this issue resolved.

Kodak 55 Smart Led 4K Tv
I booked 55” led smart tv thru flipcart on 21st sep 2020 got delivered on 29th sep and 30th it was installed. Found problem in panel and had requested for replaced and got the new led tv on 10th october. So far no one came for installation and noone called up. I have been pushing flipcart but they asked me to contact kodak directly and kodak toll free is not working. Kindly help me to sort out this problem. Unnecessary they are harrasing people. Purchased a kodak tv on june2020, suddenly tv remote not working properly and after some days it's got off only, although i raised a complaint and sent with videos proof to [protected]@kodaktv.in. But no proper response from the kodak customer care. Stil also not attending the problem after 10days, i have 3 year protection plan also.
Very poor response to customer and i promised henceforth i do not purchase any kodak branded any products.
Kodak customer care persons treating customer s very casual manner.. Too bad experience with kodak servicing team nd also products.
I request other to don't go for kodak, kindly go for other brands i means lg./sumsung./onida/ etc.
Kodak team over all cheating the customers 👍

An E-mail was sent to [protected]@kodaktv.in to request for a service on TV on 18/05/2020, which was within warranty period of TV delivery. The TV was purchased on 16/05/2019 on Flipkart, invoiced on 18/05/2019 and was delivered on 20/05/2019. The customer service suggested to furnish the extended warranty saying the waranty has expire. Pls note, as the TV was delivered on 20/05/2019 and installed by Kodak technician on subsequent days the warranty is still valid. Unfortunately, the customer service has not responded to multiple requests on e-mail. Requesting your kind help.

worst quality product
I have bought this on 14th june 2019 and just with minor scratch kodak led tv display is gone and team said that it won't be repair and there is exchange service where i have to pay 80% charge. Why it is so i have not seen such low quality product in any other brand. I have other brand tv also. I want appropriate resolution otherwise i am not going to sit and will escalate this issue at the further level.

We purchased kodad smart tv few days back and its visual is not workimg at all so please send someone to see through it as soon as possible it is only the audio that is being heard with no view on switching it on we purchased it just a fee days back and it worked properly for just three days after which screen stopped displaying anything it is pathetic to see as we took a new one and it has been just 3 days and it stopped working so kindly see through this asap and send someone to check it!!

I have purchased kodak tv in month of oct 9 from flipkart.in oct11 my tv started not working. Engineer visited my place on oct
