Kodak — Netflix issue on Kodak TV | |||||
I have issues with the Netflix and when I contacted you few months back there was a person who gave me a fix. However, the navigation does not work properly on the Netflix app like other apps. Its painful to see such famous tv company does not support an app which is popular world wide. The prob I am now facing is that I have to logout and login again on the Netflix issue. However, as usual none of the up down keys on the remote work with the Netflix app. Very unfortunate to see that this kind of issue is happening with Netflix app. I am feeling really bad that I chose your company TV and not other. I should have selected other company TV. Is there a way I can return this TV and get a refund for the TV as I mostly use Netflix and I am unable to use the Netflix app. Please note that in your website for this TV model I have you have clearly mentioned that the Netflix app is working as usual. But its highly impossible to work on Netflix app. I am not able to do a simple login and logout activity and cant move up or down or left or right as it does highlight or show where I am actually moving also. Pathetic TV and your service is also pathetic while writing this email I am also calling you guys from half an hour. Need a permanent fix for this.
