Kohinoor — AC service complaint

We bought an ac of onida company last year. Kohinoor has not provided any service with regards to the servicing of the ac event after a reminder was given. Infact they said the ac was not bought from their shop but from sec 9 in vashi. Kohinoor was supposed to cordinate for the servicing which has not been done till date. The installation of the ac was also inappropriate (Slanted) which was brought to the notice of the technician but was blindly ignored
