I purchase a TV on 03/04/2015, at a time of booking the TV they have agreed for all the scenario. I booked this TV by giving Rs.500 and rest of the payment before delivery I paid. They told Me you have a free installation and demo but I.said I don't wanna install my TV till this year they said you can take this free installation first time free of cost. When u contacted to sansui they said we unable to.provide you free installation because it's almost 1 year gone. And even.yiu people are not provided proper remote of this TV there wassomething else even the stand was missing inside the box when.wr arr contacted to you for panel you said that instrument will provide by brand I.e sansui. When.i contacted sansui they we unable to provide you anything apart from the installation and we charged you 660 Rs. For installation and the remote which you have received with the TV it's totally different it's local TV remote not a remote of this TV Was this information helpful? | |||||
