We bought sony bravia 55" television and for exchange we did mention them about the crack on our screen bt they mentioned a dead tv in thier invoice. As being customer we are unaware about the terms they use. At the time of delivery we came to the reality and when we spoke to sales person in Kohinoor they mentioned that its mustakes from both the side. But how come its our mistake. They didnt hae courtesy to accept thier mistake! Very poor customer service by Kohinoor
