Kohinoor — Excess billing / payment

Order No 400243 dated 29.03.2014 LG 42 LA 6910 Down payment Rs. 25770/- EMI finalised for Rs 6105 X 8 months However actual debited @ Rs 6250/- leading in excess payment of Rs 1160/- This was informed to sales person of Kohinoor, who enssured me over the phone that last EMI will be automatically adjusted with excess paid amount. However no adjustment was done. This error was mainlly due to wrong billing by company. Processing fees of Bajaj Finance was to be born by Kohinoor.
