Kohinoor Televideo — Not delivering the product after many follow up | |||
I have purchased lg led tv from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd, kharghar on 14th august and they promised delivery on next day. But it has been 4 days but the product is not yet delivered. There call center and shop guys are not responding to my complaint in right manner. I have paid the amount through bajaj finance (10896) down payment. When i follow up with them for delivery of product, every time they are saying that it will be delivered on "next day". Order no. - ord3047432 Was this information helpful? | |||

Manager Mrs. Hansa at mulund store is very rude while dealing with customer, we were willing to buy a samsung Led tv worth rs. 55000/-, but because of her rude behavior we left the store without buying a ny product. We will never ever visit kohinoor store again.
