Koinex — koinex failing the loyalists

I am among the folks who had initiated withdrawal request on the 8th jan18 and still awaiting the transfer.
Rahul raj led koinex had assured to transfer the amount in 3 bank business days, which is way over now.
If this is the way to treat the loyal customers who put their stakes on koinex, then i dread it would soon become a shameful ponzi scheme.
