My Name is Prathamesh Kadam.

I had a ligament surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in the month of Feb.

Diagnosis – Right Knee ACL Tear + MM Tear + LM Tear

At the time of admission I was told to pay 5% deposit of the total estimated bill which will be refunded once I am discharged from the hospital.

We are currently in the Month of end of April but still I have not received any refund status from your side.

I have even called refund department but there was no answer from your side to pick up the call also the number which is available on internet I have called that number as well, as per the update from then refund department has still not reverted them with the updates.

This is not the correct way to deal with your patients.

Request you to please refund the remaining balance asap.
