Dear Hospital Management,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience my family and I have had at your hospital. My name is Rostan Dsouza, and my father, Rocky Dsouza, is a patient under your care, with the ID KH[protected].

Following a surgery performed by Dr. Vinay S. Joshi, an orthopedic specialist, my father was transferred to the ICU ward. Despite Dr. Joshi's instructions for my father to be moved to a regular ward around 10:00 am, this transfer has yet to occur. The reason provided by the ICU staff is the alleged unavailability of a weakened bed.

When I approached Nurse Monica, who works in the ICU department, to inquire about the delay, her response was shockingly dismissive and disrespectful. Her lack of empathy and accountability is deeply troubling.

Moreover, when I sought assistance from a nurse on the 11th floor general ward, I was met with further frustration. I was informed that my father's bed was occupied and that we would have to wait until his insurance clearance, which could take an additional five to six hours. This lack of coordination and communication is unacceptable.

Adding to our distress is the lack of transparency regarding the billing process. We have received a bill totaling more than 4 lakhs without any detailed explanation or breakdown of charges.

This entire experience has left me questioning the effectiveness of your hospital's management and its commitment to patient care. It is disheartening to see multiple negative reviews on your hospital's website, yet no apparent action has been taken to address these issues.

I urge you to promptly investigate these matters and take necessary steps to rectify the systemic issues plaguing your facility. Patients and their families deserve better treatment and communication during times of vulnerability. Failure to address these concerns will only further damage the reputation of your hospital and the credibility of its medical staff.

I await your urgent response and actions to address these pressing issues. Failing which, I will be compelled to escalate this matter by registering a formal complaint with higher authorities or seeking recourse through consumer court channels regarding the unacceptable behavior and service provided.
