Hi on 27th Sep'21 I had to take my wife to hospital due to unbearable pain in back, stomach and abdomen where she was advised for emergency sonography, urine and blood test. In sonography department, nurses instructed not to drink water, while wife was crying with unbearable pain, but the nurses and doctors were just taking patients as per scheduled appointment. We had to remind them numerous times and then finally wife was taken for sonography and within 5 minutes she was taken out of room and was instructed for drinking plenty of water and then come back. We are still waiting for 1 and half hours to take her back for sonography.

Staff do not understand the words emergency or urgent and keep emergency patients waiting with unbearable pain. We had to undergo 2 more tests o[censored]rine and blood but because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of sonography staff we are left with no option rather to bear with pain and controlling o[censored]rine for urine test.

Literally ur entire day is wasted just for 3 hrs procedure.

    KDAH is considered one of the best hospitals in the country. The doctors here are very experienced and deliver top notch treatment. When it comes to doctors and OPD, the hospital delivers it’s best. However, if you get admitted here or undergo a surgery, you will realize the hospital is pretty messed up. It’s extremely unorganised and the security and discipline is just a a “show”

    Most nurses are confined to English and Malayalam language. They don’t understand Hindi which creates a communication barrier.
    The nurses on the inpatient ward floors really don’t pay heeds to the patients admitted, they keep chattering around in the corridors, don’t show up for 30 minutes after the emergency button is pressed by patient, have zero idea about patients history. They are poorly trained on how to truly take care of their patients.

    The ICU ward is extremely unorganised and dangerous as well. No shoe covers or head caps/covers are provided for relatives when visiting patients in ICU. It’s a basic hygiene protocol that every good hospital follows. No sanitisation protocols are taken to prevent any infections. The relatives should be allowed to meet only for 10-15 minutes, however they keep sitting in ICU wards for hours which is very unsafe.

      Highly disturbed and sad with the behaviour of your Dr. Shruti handling patients in Emergency Ward. I personally was having pain in my chest and went to ask her to guide me for which Doctor i should consult for my ailment and she just rudely replied me and told me to call the O P D appointment landline number and take the Appointment ruther then listening to me and checking me as if she was stressed out from her work.

        My dad had been operated on the 17th of Feb 2021, on cashless for which the hospital had kept a deposit If rs.22973, which was told will be refunded on the claim settlement, it's been long the claim has been settled with the hospital but I haven't received my deposit yet.
        Tried following up with the hospital but not reply on the same. Please look into it.

          My mother was a patient at KDAH. I paid a deposit sum during her checkout which they keep until insurance company pays them. Insurance company paid them on 17th May, 2021.

          I am following up with them since then and today is 31st August, 2021 and they have not responded even once about the status of the refund of the deposit.

          This behaviour makes me feel as if they are above me and that we are begging for our own money. Totally unexpected from such a professional looking hospital.

          Totally dissatisfied & nothing can change my feelings towards this hospital who must be keeping deposit worth lakhs for months, earning interest & stalling the patients like this.

            I am admitted in hospital since 12th midnight for my pain near left side of lungs. Firstly hospital did my test xray and blood samples than they did ct scan in ct scan they told me that i have affected from light phnemonia but covid reports wes normal than they did my digital ct scan nxt day from that they told me i am suffering from blood clots but they actually told me about my deases from my past records with hospital. And after 5 day treatment my pain was reduced jst 10% under dr. Sumeet Singhania. And doctors attitude was not able to tolerate. And than finally for Billing mng 10am i got discharge from doctor than also bill was not generate and no discharge summary received till 1.30pm. So i will never ever recommend anyone about this hospital and this dr. Sumeet Singhania.

              I vijay desai along with my wife alka desai took second dose of covishield on 14 apr 21 at your hospital, now on downloading final certificate we are getting date of 1st vaccination as 14 apr 21 instead of 2 mar 21, we spoke to cowin helpline and they directed us to speak to the hospital where we have taken second dose, attaching here with certificate for ready ref

                  Im in hospital but 1) hospital ka 9 floor ka staff petion ko achesr treet nahi karata hai .. unko pata nhi hota hai ki petion ko kya hua hai doctor batate hai pr nursing staff bar bar unko batana padhta hai 2) billing staff ko bolneki tamiz nahi hai ...samnevala petion ke family members ko kya tetion rahti hai unko pata nahi rahta aur billing staf[censored]nse argument karte hai 3) lift ke staff hai wo 5 and 9 floor pe rukate nahi hai rat 9 bajne ke baad khali 1khi lift suru rahti hai use adha ganta rukna padta hai imargency mai bohot problem hota hai

                  Ham yaha paise sub cizz ke dete hai per upr jaise trit karte mano government hospital mai hai aur yaha complete karne keli kohi manegement nhi hai isli PLZZ request hai upare ki problem ko thik kare

                      This complaint is against the team lead nurse of ICU 7 who was on the morning shift on 21st July 2021. My mother in law was admitted in the ICU bed 52 from 13th July to 21st July. She passed away due to health complications on the morning of 21st July. After my husband signed all papers, they moved her mortal remains to the morgue. We then went to the hospital to bring her back home. It was an extremely difficult time for us. When it was time to go to the morgue we were told that a nurse from the ICU would come down to release the body from the morgue. But the team lead argued in an extremely rude and inconsiderate manner that she wouldn't release her staf[censored]ntil the ambulance was at the door. Even after confirming that the ambulance was there the TL asked me to leave the ICU and wait at the morgue. She said that until the a&e wouldn't call her she won't release her staff. So I went down with my husband and waited there for another 1 hour for a nurse to come down and release the body. We took turns to go and ask people from a&e to call the ICU a total of 3 times. In this we were told that a nurse had already been there and since no one was standing at the morgue she came back. This was out of question because one o[censored]s was always stationed near the morgue and there was no sign of any nursing staff. I finally went to the a&e and kicked up a fuss which is when a nurse from a&e came to release the body. So basically the icu nurses and TL were too busy to come down and sign the release of a pateint who died under their care. I have written notes from my mother in law when she was alive saying that the nurses were negligent in her care and would not tend to her.

                      This is by far the worst possible behaviour and treatment any hospital can dish out to a patient and their relatives in such a testing time. I had settled all my bills prior to discharge so it's not like you treated us for free. I would like to lodge a formal complaint of negligence and inconsiderate behaviour against that nurse and would expect the hospital to take strict action against her. I will go a step further to add that I need a written apology from that nurse and a proof of what disciplinary action was taken against her. I have utmost respect for medical professionals for all the hard work they have done during the pandemic, but this behaviour is unacceptable. And if I do not hear back from you, I will assume that the hospital too is in support of their nursing staff treating people badly.

                      We will then proceed to take further course of action as we see fit. We have more than enough witness to attest to the negligent behaviour of your nurses on level 12 as well where patients were roaming the corridor looking for nurses who were all absent/ missing from their stations on the evening of 13th. I have contact names and details of these patients and their families too.

                          My father is regular client of Dr. Dheeraj kapur since 2010-11.my father having some difficulty in foot becouse of sugar, there for he taken the appointment for 4 th April 2021 of Dr. Dheeraj kapur after the treatment of same on 14 April, 2021, Dr Dheeraj Kapur( sitting on 2nd floor) referred the matter to Dr. Manoj Jain for cleaning and checking of status injury arrives from shoo bite. Dr.manoj jain checked the issue and cleared the injury and advised for drasing of same on alternate days (I.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday). But the senior receptionist sitting just out side to the doctors cabbin, on very 3 day of Dr. Manoj jain treatment, when my father went for dressing in cabin, she given my father's will chair to some other patient, I think the other one I.e. patient is her close one and she said me that please wait I arrange other for you with in 2 to 5 minute. But she neglected her job, I requsted 3 to 4 time becouse my father is waiting for will chair just standing out side of dressing room on front of me and receptionist madam not showing any affered or willingness for arrengment of will chair . After 30 minutes (approximately) see shown me one will chairs which is kept by her on back site of Dr. Dheeraj kapur's cabin but the same is not in proper working. I taken the same, in same condition but her behavior is to much arrogant and bad in nature. I further say that after that day she always trying to take monetary banifit by raising higher bill amount. It may be seen that early, for last other, many dressing, the changes I paid only 284/- rupees, which includes dressing charges 180+ 104 for gouvs. I submit that on 10/5/2021 when we visited for dressing of same, see I.e. same receptionists madam ( attending 10 am onward) tried to include the fee of Dr. Manoj jain, I requested that We visited for dressing only, we not taken doctor's appointment. But see made false statement in front of me and my father that "are doctor saheb ne hi bola tha" . After that I talked with SHRI DR. MANOJ JAIN, he said you came for dressing only there for you pay only dressing charges.I state that further she visited the cabin of Dr. Manoj Jain and came out with same instruction I.e. " take only dressing charges".But to harass us, purposely she charges dressing charges for large dressing I.e. 410/- rupees in place of 284/- . I also say that no any additional work done in injury only cleaning and dressing. I say and submit that I am self employed professional but becouse of lock down I am not in working from last 1 and half month and my father whose kidney translation is done in your hospital, he is also not in working. I also state that if dressing chages are taken by doctors staff than we are not binding for fee payment of doctor available at time of dressing but receptionists madam require to take Dr. Fee also.There are other issues of behavior of receptionist madam, I there for requested you to take necessary Strick action on receptionists madam and I am also requesting for her transfer in some other department. I ALSO SAY AND SUBMIT THAT BOTH THE DOCTOR ARE TO MUCH GOOD AND I AM THANKFUL TO YOUR HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS.

                            Dear All Concern Team,

                            On 4th Feb 2021 Rs. 16842.20 credited to my account from Kokilaben as refund of security deposit of Rs. 20105.00 which hospital taken from me at the time of discharge. I just want to know break up of Rs. 3262.80 which is deducted from my security deposit.

                            Find below communication from insurance company FHPL where they mentioned as due to non submitted of below report they not able to pay for the same.

                            Labs/Bio/Micro/Pathology :
                            Rs.2811.00 Not payable No report for Liver profile dt.30.09.2020 which is done by hospital itself in their hospital.

                            Provide root cause analysis as to why the same report not submitted to FHPL and why amount transferred to me after deducting below charges from my security deposit.

                            Staff name from billing department like Mr Manish Makwana and Mr Shailesh Parmar playing with customer amount and after several email follow up with them they not reply on single mail and resolving the issue occurs.

                              I have not received my refund. I was admitted in January. Insurance company have already issued payment to hospital but your hospital is not giving my refund. Insurance company have already made payment in February. By calling on landline number or on extension number no body is responding. By calling in call centre they are also not responding. For getting my money back the patient need to come back, then please let me know. ID KH[protected]

                                  Security staff behaviour specially lady at the entrance gate is so rude don’t know to talk language was very bad feel like coming to government hospital. In nursing most of the staff are new and lack of knowledge and very slow at work and not polite also with patient

                                    Nursing staff is not good. Specially on 9th floor. No one is available on desk. On while discharge nurses are doing party in vacant patient room. And people are waiting on desk for nurse to respond for long time. They are just in hurry after party to going home. This is my experience on 9th floor. This floor is specially for pediatric patient. After paying my full amount bill I am waiting here for nurse response for around one hour to take discharge. Kindly take serious action against it. Otherwise one day it will loss of our near ones. Because of this foolish things.

                                      Doctors might be good but the other working staff are pathetic nurses, security gaurds, they don't treat patients or their relatives with dignity at all...they treat as if we are some third grade people.
                                      There needs to be strict action against this malbehaviour.
