Wrong Diagnosis & Wrong Treatment

I regret to mention that, I have been rubbed on the wrong side by Dr. Subhash Agal, Medial practicing Gastroenterologist, working at KDA ( Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital ) Andheri Seven Bunglow.

It so happened that due to acute abdominal pain, I got admitted to KDA, Hospital, after being discharged on dtd.30/08/2010, at around 12.30 am., after giving me pain killers, and subsiding the pain. After re occurrence of pain...

Non receipt of i-mint card

I am yet to receive my i-mint card from you. But they have provided me the i - mint number but useless without the provision of card. Will you please advise how can I get in touch with the concerned person to get the card....
