[Resolved]  Kokilaben Hospital — Dr Sandeep Goyel - negligent and inefficient

Hi,

My mother has been undergoing chemotherapy in Kokilaben and Dr Sandeep Goyel is the one who is doing it. I write this to make others aware that this doctor has been negligent on all fronts :-

1.He is forgetful of the diagnosis he made/ drug combination that he prescribed.
2.He does not offer any inputs during emergencies & does not even care to listen to what the emergency is. During chemotherapy it is quite risky to run a high temparature - there have been instances when my mother had it and when we tried to contact him there was barely a response stating a Comliflam should be taken; he did not feel the need to understand the emergence of fever, the duration etc which should have been pertinent questions!

3.He disrespects patients by attending to other calls during consultant appointments & in the middle of prescribing chemo drug combinations/strength etc

4. He does not care to explain the treatment process/effect of medication/next steps in any of his interactions

I would like to bring this to the notice of Kokilaben (unfortunately I do not see a complaints section on their website), hence I write this in the effort to make fellow patients/family of people going through this aware of the experience.
