Kolkata Customs — parcel not received | |||||
Tracking number : RB[protected]SG From 15 days onwards my parcel get stucked in custom which I purchased from ali express. I already paid for it. But because of this customs it didn't arrived yet. Try to send as soon as possible otherwise I need to take legal actions. Its not only 1 parcel i ordered 5 things from there. And i want all of it because I pay for it. I booked speed post on 27/06/2019 from gpo kolkata to aachen Germany but unfortunately I am not getting current status after 29/06/2019 which showed item bagged.Please help.

I am also facing the same issue. My package is also showing "Item Bagged" from 11/9/2019. I am curious, in your case, did you get any update after this date. If yes, after how many days?
