Komparify — Disgusting service with no refunds

I recharged my Tata Sky DTH connection([protected]) on 16 Feb 2016. The amount was 250 INR and transaction went unsucessful and I am still waiting for refund. Not much a matter of money but it's all about loosing trust and faith in market.

Pathetic site. Very bad customer service. My transaction was unsuccessful and it is more than 2 weeks, I do not have any refund. My details are with company registered on 16 Feb 2016.

I have made two failed attempts to recharge my phone for an amount of 75&11 rupees, both of which failed due to incorrect listing of recharge value on your website. Please process a refund asap.

order id:[protected] on 21/7/17 at 11.38 i had charged rs.395 from my paytm for bsnl rechrge but amount deducted from paytm, but transaction failed . Amount not returned
