[Resolved] Komparify — refund not received yet | |
I've paid 990 rs on 3rd january for bill payment of ca no. [protected]. And today, i've got a message thru email that your recharge has failed, and points has been refunded back. And when i checked my account on their website, www.komparify.com, i've shocked that no points are refunded yet, as recharge is still showing in pending state. Order #[protected] Kindly inform komparify team, to refund my money or process this electricity bill as today is last date of due. Below i've attached all screenshot. This seems weird, as i strongly believe that, they eaten my money, and left me nowhere . and now I'm being forced to pay a bill from another source, ..Don't know why consumer complaint team still not forwarded my complaint to komparify?
