We, sangeeta vaidya and shirish vaidya traveled from karwar to mumbai cst terminal on 14-01-18. The train supposed to reach cst terminal, mumbai at 04.25 a. M. Reached at 11.00 a. M. Train reached 6.50 hours late.
The train halted for a long time after panvel and also somewhere near kanjurmarg.in fact it had reached 2 hours late at karwar only.
No information was provided to the travelers by way of announcements etc. Regarding cause of such horrible delay. Why there is no pantry service on long distance trains? I could not go to work because of this delay and suffered financial loss.
Pnr no. [protected], date of travel: 14/01/2018. I incurred ticket cost of rs. 3, 443/- for 2 bearths of 2 tier ac tickets.
I demand refund of this amount from konkan railway for loss and agony suffered due to such treatment and delay on railway's part.

    This message is regarding inconvenience caused by me the passenger boarded train no 22629 dad ar tirunnelveli viz damn slowed down between maq and kozhikode where i want to get down due to the forward proceeding train no 22609 even though our train had a loose time in mangalore from 11.45 to 12.50 between these trains. So why this happens since last 3 weeks lost my precious time regarding this delay due to the proceeding train 22609 still is not overtaken even nearing coimbatore. This inconvenience should be solved out soon. Requested by a doctor in calicut who boards the 22629 from karwar early morning wants to reach clt by 3pm. Thanku.

      For more than a month train 12619/20 and 12133/34 running late by 4/5 hours daily on bothways. I am senior citizen travelling regularly on these
      Trains, finding very disappointed on the performance of the trains.

      Railways are charging superfast charges on above trains but it running
      Super slow on both directions daily

      Kindly confirm your action.

        Myself, sachin sarolkar ..res. ratnagiri would like to pay your attention on two things
        1. At ratnagiri railway station gate KR has stopped auto n carwalas to park their vehicle . Really good one. But for passanger ...they have to walk from gate to auto stand or car parking. Rhough the distance is less few barriers r their. KR kept chain n other obstacle to prevent vehicles wal to enter in the premises but passanger cannot walk as eachone has to climb and reach till footpath ner auto stand ...i am suffering feom polio n could climb with luggage may be difficult for senior citizen too. Why there is no barrier free environment ... ( without stairs one can reach with their vehicle ) govt has asked for same .. as per rpwdact 2016 n disability act 1995.
        I hopw you will take note of this issue positively .

        2. At present i am travelling from thane to ratnagiri by madtyagandha express.which has lots of stop. Unofficial. Its stopped at mangao foe siding, then at roha, thwn nezt station, then at khed and now at chiplun.
        Most passengers r saying this train is always late .. regularly..
        Every stop other train gets a chance to move and our train stopped for siding..
        Sp would like to know why... what is the policy for this train...
        We are wasting our time..

          I have travelled by 12620 matsyaganda express from kumta to lokmanya tilak terminus. My pnr no. Is [protected]. Train started at 6:45 p. M. Instead of 6:18 p. M. & reached lokmanya tilak terminus at 9:30 a. M. Today morning instead of 6:35 a. M. I find that this train is daily late by 2-3 hours.
          I am being charged more fare as this is supposed to be super fast express.
          My request is as the train regularly rate, please change the schedule so that it will help passengers their waiting time;it will help their relatives also who come to send them & also receive them.
          Since the train is super slow, please do not charge super fast charges which i request you to refund.in fact, you should charge fare as per passenger train.

            punctuality of train - always late-

            Hi team,

            I have been observing that the trains to mangalore are running late on daily basis. Is there any specific reason why the trains are late. It is really boring to travel in konkan railway nowadays due to the delay. Earlier we used to think that due monsoon it will be a issue, but now its same throughout the year.

            The average delay for mangalore and mastyagandha exp. Is as below.

            Respected sir, i had travel from matsyagandha exp (12619) as the train departs on time from source. But reaches late in ratnagiri. As it comes 5-4min late in thane and in 20-25 min late panvel. But after that it covers it time only till roha. But after had at every station there is stop for this train. Because the opposite train is late. So why this train only which is running on time. After that at some station it stops for 1hr. Why they u call this train super fast and take extra of super fast. Make this train also passenger train. I am not personally pointing but you also think no other trains are late you make this also train late. So i want to tell that don't make this train late as most of passenger travel from this. So please think and take a note of it. Thank you.

              We a group of lawyers will return from ratnagiri on 12.11.2017 by 22120
              (Pnr # [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected])
              We booked tickets on 10.10.2017 when the train time was to dep. From ratnagiri at 13.15 or so and the lunch and tea was included, in the fare.

              Now the train will start at 14.30 from karamali and will dep from ratnagiri at 17.20... And no food except tea will be provided. Much inconvenience will be caused to us.
              The time is decided only to avoid the food.

              Therefore either provide us dinner at 8.30-9 or refund the amount of food.

                Sub : no ticket checkers on mangalore express ever in my 4 years of journey

                Dear sir / madam,

                I travelled on 12th oct. 2017 by mangalore express (Train no 12133) to goa, no t. C. Entered in our compartment to check our tickets. Also in my 4-5 times of travelling in this same train, i am yet to see a t. C. Come to check our tickets.

                In panvel a group of people entered our compartment with mats and papers and slept in the passage, aisle and toilet area which made it very difficult for my mother to go over them in the night. My mom is diabetic and she needs to frequent the toilet. Just understand how difficult it was to us and also the co-passengers. The very fact that these people are coming prepared with mats and paper shows that they do no fear the tc coming as it is become routine for them now since they too are aware of tc not coming in this train.

                I have sent you a photocopy of my ticket which shows that my ticket was never checked, i wished i had preserved the previous tickets too.

                I am posting this copy to mid-day publication too with the intention they publish this as an article.

                  The thivim goa rly station platform 2 is in a total pathetic state. It is not even levelled. Passengers have to take their baggage right through the platform over the bridge to the other side. Senior citizens and children are stumbling struggling to pull their suitcases along this stretch. Before accident takes place pl look into this matter on urgent basis.

                    Train no 10103 mandavi express this train runs late every day this is a big inconvenience of konkan railway. Konkan railway should take action against this train strictly otherwise don't run such a bad trains every time this train got signal for others train crossing bad service of konkan railaway. Still nobody is taking action against this train. Konkan railways staff is very lazy

                      This mail regarding my reservation (3 adult and one child) on 12052 jan shatabdi expresss, pnr number - [protected], thivim (Thvm) to chiplun (Chi) and boarding at thvm., travel date 22nd dec 2016. But later on i decided to catch the train from madgaon (One station earlier to thivim) since we were staying in a hotel close to madgaon station.

                      I enquire in madgaon station ticket counter and they give me ticket of rs 300 for the passenger of 3 adult and one child for madgaon to thivim station and told me to take the seat as per my reservation seat no.

                      But the ticket checker in the train taken from us additional rs 910 for the travel from madgaon to thivim. Hence i pay total rs 2386 (Thvm to chi ticker reservation) + 300 (In madgaon station) + 910 (In train) = 3596 for the travel from madgaon to chiplun in chair car.

                      If i understand correctly, passenger should give the difference amount in case of more travel distance but for us due to misguide from your ticket counter representative and ticket collector in the train, we pay much more amount.

                      I would like your action in this matter to refund me the additional amount and provide the online option for this type of change so that passenger like us will not misguided by your great staff in future. Moreover the ticket collector asked from us some amount without receipt but i did not accept.

                        Yesterday i was traveling from honnavar to karwar from matsyagandha train. I have purchased 1 litre mineral water from the railway catering service vendor. Mrp of the bottle is rs. 15/- but he has taken rs.20/-. Vendor told that we are selling @ rs.20/- and i[censored] want to buy then plz pay rs.20/-
                        I have no other option so i paid 33% extra more than mrp

                          The train is late by 8.30 hr. Now waiting for crossing track at diva station from last 2.5 hrs. No pantry in the train. We didn't ate anything from last 6 hpurs.                               My complaint is last sunday when i travelled from udupi to mumbai, i fohnd that udupi railway station doesn't have shed fully covered to its platform. Only half portion in the beginning of entrance and some last portion of platform was only covered with shed. There were no shed in between of platform no 1 and no shed at platform no 2.
                              Its very difficult for the passengers to board when there is rain.
                              Pls look into it and built proper shed covering the entire platform.

                                It is always observed that konkan kanya train (10111) reserved compartments specially sleeper class compartments there is always crowd o[censored]nreserved or without ticket passengers,, and the crowd is up to chiplun / ratnagiri, which causes lot of inconvenience to senior citizens and sick passengers who have booked their tickets well in advance, i would request the authorities to look into the matter and arrange to solve this problem,

                                  First of all thanks for having a facility of complaining... Today 04. 05.17 am travelling mangalore to Karvar in ernakulam to oka express.. Guy who is selling mineral water, charging 20 rs instead of 15 rs. To the public. Saying that for cold water am charging in same compartment another guy is charging 15 rs which is hopefully genuine... Here question is not of 5rs. We are having now good leadership government where still this people are doing corruption... Which is not tolerate. Hope you will take action on this..

                                    Most of the holiday special trains are running on friday (On ganesh chaturthi), why should they not run on before 2 or 3 days before ganesh chaturthi.

                                    If we want to go for ganpati festival, we have to go one week before from holiday special trains.
                                    There are out of 12 only two trains are running 2 days before of ganesh chaturthi.

                                    If possible please provide more holiday special trains before 2, 3 days from ganesh chaturthi.

                                      मी दि. 9.07.2017 रोजी 10112 कोकण कन्या एक्सप्रेस ने परतीचा प्रवास केला.. त्या प्रवासामध्ये दोन डब्यात टॉईलेट मध्ये पाणी नव्हते अशा दुर्गधी मध्ये प्रवास करावा लागला आहे, याबाबत टिसी.कडे तक्रार केली असता पुढे काहीच कार्यवाही झालेली नाही.
                                      2. या ट्रेन मध्ये अनेक जण जनरल तिकिट काढून बरेच प्रवास करतात त्यामुळे आम्हाला व महिला प्रवाशांना टॉइलेट ला जाता येत नाही. मला डायबीटीस असल्याने बाथरुमला बऱ्याच वेळा जावे लागते परंतु टॉइलेट पासून मधला पॅसेज मध्ये जनरल तिकीट वाले सर्वजण झोपून देतात अश परिस्थितीमध्ये प्रवास करावा लागतो, , टिसी कोणतीही दखल घेत नाही, टी.सी. ने त्यांच्याकडून पैसे घेतल्यामुळे त्यांच्यावर कोणतीच कार्यवाही होत नाही.कृपया याची नोंद घ्यावी व मार्ग काढावा...सुखकार प्रवास करण्यासाठी न्याय दयावा...
