I have filled the form of je electrical no. Isje/ 2232 i also paid the dd of 200 also attached the required documents and forwarded by ordinary post before 12 remaining i hope u will receive my details but you are not added my name in provisional list of je so i request you to plz find my all documents and verify it. I have the filled form also so sir pls grant my request
