I had booked two tickets from Karmali to Kozhikode, date of journey 7th October 2014. Since there was a goods train derailment in Konkan railway line on 7th Oct. 2014., and the train was not only delayed by many hours, but also did not touch the boarding station Karmali. In such circumstances, I had cancelled through TDR process, the two tickets booked by me. I received a mail from IRCTC giving me the above reference number [protected]. Till this day, I have not received any further information or refund of my cancelled tickets. I request you to kindly do the needful to speed up the procedure and help me to avail my refund.
