Koryo — aref the complaint no 674272 for attending to the problem of geyser | |
I had purchased a koryo geyser (25 ltrs) from bigbazar dhanbad on 16/11/2014 copy of cash memo is enclosed for ready reference. The electrical circuit/filament of the product appears to have got damaged and needs immediate replacement/maintenance. Electric current passes through the water outlet and no heating takes place. I have reported this to the customer care officer on toll free number. A koryo authorized person from the locality attended the product. I was told by the local after-sell provider to make it o. K before dipawali but till now the geyser has not made functional. Immediate action may please be taken to address the issue. Copy of cash-memo enclosed for ready reference. Regards.
