Koryo — Air conditioner purchased but panel broken and till date no resolution

I purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from Bigbazaar outlet and at the time of installation it was found that the clips of the front AC panel are broken.I registered the complain on the same day and since then no progress and service engineer visit has been made to rectify the same.In between a Engineer visited but brought a 1 ton AC Panel which can not be replaced. I am very dissapointed with your company service.
Request you too kindly rectify the above problem as soon as possible and also avail me all the detail regarding complains regsitered by me...
Its been a year now, recd a call from cust care just once and an engineer visited too but with a wrong panel altogether.
