Dear sir,
Purchased koryo led tv 43 inches, no display is coming, executive came after complaint has been lodged on june 21st with complaint number[protected]. Till august 7th, i called to customer care office but no solution.

Brand new ac stopped cooling in march 2020. Immediately complain was raised, but a technician comes to inspect after 2 months and says remote is the issue, gas is absolutely fine only needs to have a remote. Comes back after 25 days with new remote i paid for same cash.ac still doesnt cool. Technician tells me now, gas is the issue, and confirmed will come back after 2 days with gas to fill in.
It's been more than a month now the technician did not come nor anybody at koryo is ready to take the ownership and responsibility of resolving the issue. Pathetic service.

Maine ye complain 3month phele likhaya hai lekin abhi tak problem solve nhi hui hai customer care ko call krti hu to wo keh rhe hai wait for 48hr after 48 hrs i called the said again wait for 72 hrs. What's its all. Now i want pls arrange a parts as soon as possible ya change my ac unit.

Product purchased 11 months back. No cooling. 3rd free service is also due within this month u. E. July 2020.

I have raised a complain on 5 July regarding my koryo cooler 70ltr that it is not functioning properly against that a service ticket no. [protected] and was assured that techniques will visit between 48 hrs. When i first Learned of this problem, I contacted Mr. Prahlad (mobile number [protected])one of technician technician of your company, he had conversation with me over phone but when i have asked him that when he will be coming to repair the cooler he always says that he is in another area and some other person will visit at my place to sought my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I have call koryo customer care several time from 5 July - 8 July but they are also saying same that Mr. Prahlad will visit but to the till date my problem is not getting solve. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my Complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you till 9 July 2020 I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

Sir mera koryo ka ac nhi chal rha april se maine complain kiya to phele to unhone complain registered hi nhi kiya phr unhone ne 18th of april ko kiya aur abhi tak problem solve nhi hua hai pls isko jaldi kara do bahut problem ho rhi hai

My ac is not working still whenever i call to customer care they said wait 2-3 days. But my problem is same till date.
Pls isko replace kara do. Itni garmi hai ghar mai chote chote bache hai.

I have a microwave and its body is getting voltage while operating. This is very critical as anyone can have electricity shock. Product details are as below:-

I am using castle of koriyo, now it is not working. Date of purchage is[protected]

Brand new ac stopped cooling; a week after raising complaint, a technician comes to inspect and says refrigerant gas has leaked, needs to be filled. Comes back after 2 weeks and refills the gas and leaves.ac works for less ran a few hours and stops cooling. Koryo now takes 2 more weeks to send someone the third time (One month from the initial issue). The guy comes, looks at the ac and says same as the first time - refrigerant gas has leaked, needs to be filled. Now waiting for the process to repeat.

I bought koryo split AC on April 2019.Now ac is not working. I made a complaint on 22 nd may 2020, now after 24 days problem is still remain. While i have called to koryo customer care at least 50 times but nobody is taking care about this. Actually bits our mistake that we had bought koryo, but this will be the last product i will use, even don't know will use or not.And i would not suggest to buy any product of koryo or of big bazar.The service and product quality is very very poor.

This is regarding the service of my koryo refrigerator ([protected] - koryo 225l dc - kdr245dr4f). I had purchased a koryo refrigerator model no. Kdr245dr4f on[protected] with invoice no. 92936032. It was an amazing experience and we spent more than 4 happy years with the product. Recently the product was giving trouble and i requested a service (Ticket no.[protected] by contacting koryo consumer support service on 19th march, 2020 and was assigned to service technician immediately. No one came for service after calling them multiple times and then the service was rescheduled and assigned to koryo engineer mr. Khaleel ahmed (Mobile no. [protected], [protected]). I did contact him so many times and send the details of the product and the related issues. He confirmed the service visit so many times during the last 3 months and then rescheduled again and again but never came for service. During this 3 months i called the koryo customer service various times and called their team leader in hyderabad region (Mr. Ravi, mobile: [protected]), he promised to solve the issue several times but nothing happened. I lodged complaints so many times but your assigned engineer (Mr. Khaleel ahmed) never visited us, and no solution was found. He promised to come repeatedly but on the day of service he gave different types of silly excuses and the date was again rescheduled. This became like my daily routine to call him and listen stupid excuses and then call your customer service for solution. Finally on 13th june, 2020 he (Mr. Khaleel ahmed, mobile no. [protected], [protected]) denied to come for the service with another silly excuse and verbally abused me over telephone and behaved very rudely. the details of complaint as below: service ref. Ac cooling is not at all there

Hi.. Koryo television was purchased in sep 2019 since 12th april display is not working fine and this was reported to customer care on 12th april... From 2 months there is no proper response and waiting for service from 2 months... Very disappointed with the service
