This party speaker has been with your service center Since more than one and half year. Few days back we received a phone call from your service center regarding to lodge fresh complaint so that the company could provide the spares to service center.
I believe immediate action should be taken at your end so that I could get back my party speaker....

Sir, Reder service Id [protected]. I have purchased split ac INS 18 from Koryo Big Bazaar Rave moti Kanpur on 06 sep 2021. On the first attempt for installation I have to make multiple calls to Koryo team and customer care. Now on 28 th of Feb 22, I have raised a service request through customer care and through email for free schedule service of ac. On first day Koryo team promised me that they will come on tomorrow, they didn't come. After two days I again contacted then they replied that after three days team will come, again they didn't come. Again I have contacted customer care and emailed, then they had said that I have to wait for 4 days. After so many attempt no one from Koryo came for servicing of ac. So many emails to Koryo care and so many calls made to customer care but no response. It's mental and financial harassment. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

I puchased a washing machine in year 2020(feb) but from last 8 months i am facing some issue in that machine.regarding this i raised approx 5 times complain but i did not get any solution.i also said same thing when got a call regarding service feedback call.today again i am facing same issue but when called on your customer care number your staff Miss Tisha Said your product is out of warranty you need to pay service charge..i just want to know if i am not getting any solution for same issue then why should i pay for that.i want proper solution replacement of my washing machine..otherwise i will put a complain in consumer forum..please check my all detail with this below mention number.

Company is not resolving issues

Sound is not working and battery is also very poor. It is working only when it is on charging.

I purchase W/M in Oct'19. warranty was for 2 Years. In june'21 machine stopped working. i lodged a complain with koryo with complain number [protected]

Techinician visited and after inspection he told that there's a problem in a part of the machine and we need to replace it. after making enormous calls and emails they told that they will take the machine at their service centre. in august 2021 they took the machine. after chasing them for almost 4 months they agrred to replace the machine as their policy is to replace the product within 72 hours. i have to waited for more than 6 months. in the month of december i was asked to deliver the old machine at the store. i told them that machine is at their service centre, they delivered the same at my home instead of delivering at the store. i had to manage to deliver the same at store . after several calls to store manager for the replaced machine i was again told that i have to take the machine at my own expense . i had to pay for delivering the old machine at store and again bringing the replaced machine at home. thou it matters, i compromised with the same.

But i was shocked to see that the replaced machine they deliverd is also a faulty one. the techinician visited to install the machine at home on 23/12/2021 and informed us that machine is a faulty one. as on date i have not receive my machine in proper condition. the company is insisting that i have to-pay service charge and product replacing charges as there is no extended warranty.

I purchased a koryo microwave oven, model number "kmg21bf11"on 17/01/2021 from big bazar baguiati raghunathpur branch. As per billing date and guarantee card, the product would be guaranteed one year.

But their product was damaged 2 month ago. I called customer care and called the log . The tele executive advised me that the executive would visit soon. After the visiting executive told me...

It has been a pain dealing with Koryo Service center and technicians. Below are the points I would like to highlight:
1. Very slow process. First your technician visits and charges customer for their unnecessary visit even if the problem is clearly told before hand.
2. Technicians plays cheap tricks. One of the technician came to fix the gyeser and he misconfigured the wires so that no one else can fix it later.
3. It's been around 20 days now and still my gyeser is not fixed.
4. Every time I called customer care they said my case is on highest priority and they have highlighted.
5. Don't make false commitments. If you can't fix with in a given time stop mentioning that.
6. The parts of the items like gyeser is not available online to purchase. In today's time there are all kinds of products available but, why not the parts of Korto products?

Some noises r there when we on airfryer

Machine has stopped working. It doesn't switch on inspite of the plug point giving 230v output.

We purchased the TV on 16/08/2021 and from 09/02/2021 it is not working.
We registered the complaint on 9th September and till now it is not resolved.
Complaint was cancelled stating customer was not responding. But that is not true and we didn't get any call.
It was escalated one time but still the issue is not resolved.
