I purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from Bigbazaar outlet and at the time of installation it was found that the clips of the front AC panel are broken.I registered the complain on the same day and since then no progress and service engineer visit has been made to rectify the same.In between a Engineer visited but brought a 1 ton AC Panel which can not be replaced. I am very dissapointed with your company service.

From the first day the machine is not working properly drainage system is damaged some kind of crackling sound is coming when dryer is running, bought the machine on 4th of july 2021 and lodged complaint on 21 july till now no technician has come to see the issue nor they are responding in any manner really fedup with the after sales service now i want the whole washing machine to be replaced i dont want it to be repaired just replace it...

I contacted koryo engineer Mr. Asadali of Himmatnagar, District Sabarkantha of Gujarat state umpteen time for repairing of Koryo brannd microwave oven, but he is neither visiting my place nor attending my phone call.

I therefore request you to instruct him to get my complaint resolved

I have purchase Koryo split Ac in 2019 however it was not cooling so I have raised an complaint with registerer mobile number-[protected] however concern team visited to my home and after inspection stated the cooling coil need to get changed as it can not get repair due to heavy leakages and took my Split Ac indoor unit to service center last month and since 45 days the indoor unit is with the service center person and they are making fool...
