I had raised request on 12 jul 21 to customer care over phone about installation of new tv which has been bought by me. The tv is yet to be installed till date (18 jul 21) inspite of repeated calls and reminders to customer care. No response...

Soundbar is not working properly...

Only working on electric not wire less not working please suggest solution or is it possible to replace dry batteries

Trimmer shaver are not fitting to machine...

I had purchased a 43 inches Koryo LED TV from big bazar Lucknow in December 2018 and along with the product purchased an extended warranty for two more years. All of a sudden it stopped working since last five days and after many efforts I got my complaint registered at Koryo because they have to search their records to find my extended warranty and this took almost 24 hours and after rigorous calling and follow up they raised my complaint...

My compresser is not start but the indicator on the ac is turn on its blow very hot air and for the front grill is lose and the swing grill is totally break
So I requested to you to send a new front grill and swing grill
And repair my compresser within 48 hours...

Washing machine not working. Getting error message on the screen....

I had ordered one Personal blender (KPB442BT) with 4 jars and from the day of purchase (22-May-21) and received on 24th May 21...

Kindly arrange a visit for an Engineer in my home.
Because machine is very high vibration in washing cloth.
Product change the location where was standing.

Kindly support with operating manual for above model washing machine. I bought it from Big Bazar Palakkad, Kerala, India.

purchased last year, not used, while the unpacked manual is missing. checked with the vendor, the model changed not available...

I buy a air cooler from big bazaar on 22/apr/2021. But when I open this that day till today this product is not cooling power it just like a moving fan. When ice chamber is full of ice. Kindly repair this....
