My tv not ON

Sound Bar which I bought few months back is not working properly.

I had raised request on 12 jul 21 to customer care over phone about installation of new tv which has been bought by me. The tv is yet to be installed till date (18 jul 21) inspite of repeated calls and reminders to customer care. No response

Soundbar is not working properly

Only working on electric not wire less not working please suggest solution or is it possible to replace dry batteries

Trimmer shaver are not fitting to machine

I had purchased a 43 inches Koryo LED TV from big bazar Lucknow in December 2018 and along with the product purchased an extended warranty for two more years. All of a sudden it stopped working since last five days and after many efforts I got my complaint registered at Koryo because they have to search their records to find my extended warranty and this took almost 24 hours and after rigorous calling and follow up they raised my complaint ticket but still after 24 hours they had not alloted any service engineer not did they send any message providing the details of service centre etc.It is so embarrassing that buying a product of such a reputed company is no less than a curse if the consumer had to run from pillar to post just for claiming warranty and service.

My compresser is not start but the indicator on the ac is turn on its blow very hot air and for the front grill is lose and the swing grill is totally break
So I requested to you to send a new front grill and swing grill
And repair my compresser within 48 hours

Washing machine not working. Getting error message on the screen.

Our micro oven was not functioning, so we have called the customer care and put up a complaint twice in the month of March 2021, The technician came home after a week and checked the microwave oven and said that some part has to be replaced he said they will place the order for the required part to the company and we will receive a message from the company regarding the price and delivery of the part. he took the visiting charges of rupees 350 from us without giving us the receipt and went away.
That day was 31st March 2021, after that till date no response either from the company nor the technician. Its has been two months since then and we are still waiting for the response from your company. We even tried calling the technician on his mobile number [protected]. Mr Niyaz Shaikh from Jeeves who had sent two person to check the micro oven at my place but nobody is answering the call
We are really disappointed with the service provided by KORYO.
We request you to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. We are sending an attachment of the message received from your customer care. Hope our problem will be solve as soon as possible.

I had ordered one Personal blender (KPB442BT) with 4 jars and from the day of purchase (22-May-21) and received on 24th May 21

On 11th May- I have requested for service for repair on [protected] as I have been facing some issue with my T.V set. They assured that I'll be getting service within 48 hrs. there's no action taken till yet.

Kindly arrange a visit for an Engineer in my home.
Because machine is very high vibration in washing cloth.
Product change the location where was standing.
