The out door unit makes lot of noise while using. It has lot of vibrations and make neighborhood to complain regarding the same. Not able to use ac at night times....

No one hearing my issues, some issue has my washing machine, , I have complain about it in koryo company but no one hearing that and they say I can't do anything, , I have no part available, whatever but when I purchage that time they say my service is good and my service is available all over in India, now they say thier product is not available in bihar not any small city they say directed, , is no available in Bihar...

In spite of full day charging battery back-up is nil.

The remote and other buttons on the Television set 32" are not working. The Volume increases to the maximum without any such command...

1. I purchased multimedia SPEAKER SYSTEM 2.1 (KHT4212FB) from big bazar saharaganj mall Lucknow on 02 Feb 20.

2. Woofer of above mentioned speaker stops working since 24 Nov 20. I try to contact customer care but every time getting no response....

My TV remote is not working and service centre is not providing the new one .and also TV is not linking with YouTube...

Ihave purchased storage water heater model no. KWH25VG5S, D.O.PURCHASE: 05.01.2020 still in 5yrs. warranty.
There is leakage of water from geyser since 01.01.2021, I had made complaint to your customer care dept. ( no. [protected]) on 01.01.2021, complaint no.[protected] by Mr. Mahender.But, till date no one attended the complaint.

Kindly look into matter as IT is dangerous to life.

Ihad purchased a geyser on 01.01.2020 model no. KWH25VG5S OF 25 LITRE capacity . it is leaking since 01.01.2021 made complaint to your customer care but till date no response .

This is regarding my 43 inch tv. I have an issue with the tv as it is rebooting and not moving to the next screen. I did make a complaint and one thr service person tried fixing it but said that the processor has to be changed and it will cost 8000rs. It's been only 18 months I have bought this tv and it did not even ask for any android software update till date and suddenly started rebooting. Please have this fixed...
