    Sir,
    Ihave purchased storage water heater model no. KWH25VG5S, D.O.PURCHASE: 05.01.2020 still in 5yrs. warranty.
    There is leakage of water from geyser since 01.01.2021, I had made complaint to your customer care dept. ( no. [protected]) on 01.01.2021, complaint no.[protected] by Mr. Mahender.But, till date no one attended the complaint.

    Kindly look into matter as IT is dangerous to life.

      Ihad purchased a geyser on 01.01.2020 model no. KWH25VG5S OF 25 LITRE capacity . it is leaking since 01.01.2021 made complaint to your customer care but till date no response .

      It is dangerous to life. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

          Hello,

          This is regarding my 43 inch tv. I have an issue with the tv as it is rebooting and not moving to the next screen. I did make a complaint and one thr service person tried fixing it but said that the processor has to be changed and it will cost 8000rs. It's been only 18 months I have bought this tv and it did not even ask for any android software update till date and suddenly started rebooting. Please have this fixed in free of cost. I have attached the photo of the issue and will also send an email regarding the same with bill copy.

            I have been trying to reach out from past 2 and a half months now to get it fixed.there have been almost 5 times having made complaints about the problems and the company only reposnds in email. There were 2 visit from technical team and both informed about the machine requiring motor replacement for the dryer. However the next step of replacement for motor has not yet been addressed. The machine was purchased in the month of August 2020 and it broke down in just 3 months.

                Our tv had a display problem after 8mnths of our buy...we have given complaint 20 days back but no one is concerning and picking our complaint ..they said it will be done in one week but it has been almost one mnth no one came to repair it...very bad service ...seriously, we want to take our complaint as soon as possible .

                    I purchased 1 koryo electric kettle from GIP noida big bazar on 7th dec, 2020 my registered mobile number is [protected]. That kettle stopped working 2 days ago then i contacted koryo brand they told me to visit jeeves service center that is in sector 22 noida, i give kettle there for repair, i only boil water in kettle and when today i got kettle from jeeves service center today in evening and when i came home i checked kettle that was a dirty kettle and there was liquid on and under the kettle color was like tea of that liquid and there was hard black particles under kettle look like tea particles i am not able to clean this kettle from internal corners. And i cant use this kettle anymore and there is dirty smell coming from this kettle. Please resolve my problem. I contacted jeeves customer support team also they inform me to contact koryo brand for this issue.
