Koryo Complaints & Reviews

I have been trying to reach out from past 2 and a half months now to get it fixed.there have been almost 5 times having made complaints about the problems and the company only reposnds in email. There were 2 visit from technical team and both informed about the machine requiring motor replacement for the dryer. However the next step of replacement for motor has not yet been addressed. The machine was purchased in the month of August 2020...

I want to return or replacement my order washing machine....

Our tv had a display problem after 8mnths of our buy...we have given complaint 20 days back but no one is concerning and picking our complaint ..they said it will be done in one week but it has been almost one mnth no one came to repair it...very bad service ...seriously, we want to take our complaint as soon as possible ....
