Dear Koryo Team,

I have logged complaints no[protected], it’s register more than month, received call 2 Days before will issue Credit Note with 20% depreciation but still not received. Due to My nature of job Travelling, my wife alone at home with kids, was face lots of issues without LED . My recharge loss, my Kids not enjoying . Due to Covid we can’t go outside but inside we haven’t option to enjoy .

Would request you pls release Credit Note asap .

I am purchased LED TV Jan 2020. my complaint raised from Feb 2020 (Wi-Fi Not working) again complaint automatic volume (UP and DOWN) Mar 2020 and May 2020 and Jun 2020. Same complaint till pending. I purchased this TV in 2019, 6 month back his screen damaged from inside automatically...from out side it is OK..not scratched...

So please replace this TV ASAP.

If TV is running condition and screen damaged from inside automatically ..it means Mfg fault ..it's not customer's fault.

This is to inform you that, I have registered a complaint regarding my LED(Koryo Make)TV problem .From your end I have received a Service Ticket No.[protected], the service Engineer had attended but the problem has not been shorted out.
Before handover my TV to service Engineer the sound of the TV was OK and also according to one of my friend(he is service engineer at Samsung), we had also seen the pictures by putting a big torch light in front of TV in a dark.
Even thou they had not informed me that how much it will cost to repair the TV, but when I asked after some days then they says me that in your TV the panel and mother board is to be replace. then i got shocked and asked them to sent back the TV in the same condition as it was before handing over for repairing.
But the TV has been returned to me in worst condition, no sound and display(what we had seen in dark) is there.
According to the best of my knowledge, only the back light problem was there in my TV then why I was asked to change Panel and Mother Board.
So i request you to please take the matter very seriously.

My name is Aangi Zaveri and due to lockdown on an emergency basis I had purchased a koryo mixture grinder on 4th May 2020 from big bazaar at Atria mall.

Since beginning the mixture started making noises and smoke started coming and it short circuited. We tried calling on your customer care a lot of times but couldn’t get through. We also went to big bazaar but they said to directly call the company

We just purchased this product and had to face so many problems.
Kindly please replace this product With a new one as this is damaged.

AC doesn't performing cooling function from last 4 days.
Their is no response from service centre at all.

We have purchased a electrical rice cooker in the month of august 2020, with in a span on 1 month we have given to service center for 2 times and we have faced lot many issues and it was not rectified.
