I've bought
koryo washing machine in september 2019, in august first week of 2020 its rotation wheel came out. Raised a complaint[protected], but till today ie. Sept 10, 2020 nothing is resolved.
Koryo customer service people just asks for 1 week time again and again...email service not at all responsive. Cust care executive will be connected after 1 hr, but again 1 week time...no other manager to escalate the issue also...Can i get any help in this regard.

Complaint marked as Resolved thnx to bigbazar tarnaka manager jalaluddin. his involvement was so personal, felt my problem as his and kept pressure on the higher ups and made this issue resolved...

Updated by sreekanthbalisetti when i contacted to today, these guys are saying once again the same old thing that local parts will be arranged..this same answer was given on august 10/11...looks like nothing is going to happen in this worst

Updated by sreekanthbalisetti today is thursday, after checking my number/voice customer care people are keeping my call on hold for 5 mins (after connecting line after 30 mins) and then disconnecting the call. tried 3 times from 3:30 pm till now, same got repeated again and again...pathetic...

Updated by sreekanthbalisetti today is october 07, 2020, same thing is happening still. i tried to coonect to the customer executive over customer care number 4 times from 4:30 till 6, same thing, they are disconnecting the call after my number is connected to them. some lady called vaishalli i think, she just tells "as voice is not audible disconnecting the call", even after I shout also she repeats the same dialog and disconnects the call. can anyone help me in this regard..
