Koryo — defective washing machine | |||
This is to inform koryo that you have the worst customer care i have ever come across. Since 2 nd november i have been calling you everyday. It takes almost an hour for the customer care person to answer. My issue is a washing machine which i unfortunately bought from hometown kolkata new town. The machine has never functional. Repeated calls, till date has been futile. I am a 67 + senior citizen who had spent money from her pension to buy this gadget It is defective and koryo is so insensitive, so customer unfriendly that the company never thought if resolving the issue.
