Koryo — Denied to provide service | |
To The grievance redressal cell Dear sir/madam, This is regarding the service of my koryo refrigerator ([protected] - koryo 225l dc - kdr245dr4f). I had purchased a koryo refrigerator model no. Kdr245dr4f on[protected] with invoice no. 92936032. It was an amazing experience and we spent more than 4 happy years with the product. Recently the product was giving trouble and i requested a service (Ticket no.[protected] by contacting koryo consumer support service on 19th march, 2020 and was assigned to service technician immediately. No one came for service after calling them multiple times and then the service was rescheduled and assigned to koryo engineer mr. Khaleel ahmed (Mobile no. [protected], [protected]). I did contact him so many times and send the details of the product and the related issues. He confirmed the service visit so many times during the last 3 months and then rescheduled again and again but never came for service. During this 3 months i called the koryo customer service various times and called their team leader in hyderabad region (Mr. Ravi, mobile: [protected]), he promised to solve the issue several times but nothing happened. I lodged complaints so many times but your assigned engineer (Mr. Khaleel ahmed) never visited us, and no solution was found. He promised to come repeatedly but on the day of service he gave different types of silly excuses and the date was again rescheduled. This became like my daily routine to call him and listen stupid excuses and then call your customer service for solution. Finally on 13th june, 2020 he (Mr. Khaleel ahmed, mobile no. [protected], [protected]) denied to come for the service with another silly excuse and verbally abused me over telephone and behaved very rudely. the details of complaint as below: service ref.
