Kotak Life Insurance — Premium paid but not received payment receipt/ premium receipt

Sir,
i have a kotak life insurance policy[protected] having premium of rs.6646/-, just now i have paid the premium through my bandhan bank debit card, but have not recived the premium recipt and niether it is showing in the kotak lic portal..
Kindly help
