My name subhash crn[protected]. I have deposit my a/c rs 20100 on 27/07/2018 and i found that my account balance is rs 19982. I called customers support for debit balance they told me that the bank cut the charges for net physical pin on 13/3/2018 delivered me but i have not received any pin yet now. So plz close my a/c due to unnecessary debit balance.

    Hi i am a kotak mahindra nri custumer
    At the time of opening account it was said to me that i have no need to maintain any amount in the bank account as it is salary account and zero balance account
    Today morning i found 2 transactions of ruppes 1062 and 1416 saying aqb non maintainance for quarter month june & july
    I called customer care for the same and they said that account need to maintain rupees 10000 during non salary time
    But my account balance was never less than 20000.
    That is wrong deduction of 2478 rupees from a bank
    Please raise a complain
    When custmer is not getting any salary bank is sucking big amount from the account even if the customers is maintaining the required amount to be maintain.

    I visited branch to meet Customer Relationship managet then he ensure me my money after deduction of taxes will refund back in my account within a week after 15 days money came back to my account deduction of taxes was there Thankyou consumer complaint Center And Thankyou Kotak Mahindra Bank
    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Customer support team contected me and told that they will pass my details to Custmer relationship manager of branch but till now nobody contected me.
    They deducted my money 2 times in feb and in july total 5000 rupees without my knowledge without any alert or msg on my number
    At the time of opening the account they said it is a zero balance account and from NRO they deducted this big amount even if in NRE account sufficient money was there.
    A nri salary account is that in which only one account is used for receiving salary and the other nro account is given only as a side account for use in locally like in india.
    I have account in ICICI as well and there such kind of cheating is not present.
    The bank is for saving money not Looting money.
    Because of out money the Bank runs and they are cheating with the persons who is providing them the money. For Such banks authorities must take a strict action.

      Fraud for the job in the kotak mahindra bank by aliya arora on 1 jully 2018 in banks. From company [protected]@alerts. Shine.com
      Alliya arora contact me for job in kotak mahindra bank as operation manager her email id [protected]@outlook.com & mobile no is 91 [protected]
      She arrange one round of interview so for document registration she told me to pay 2850 i have paid for telephonic interview, then i received a call from kotak mahindra bank that side from one lady (Mobile - [protected]) she told me to pay again 8000 for document varification so i refuse to pay the amount... And i again contact to alliya arora to refund my previous paid amount of rs 2850 she said she'll refund within ¹5 days.. And now she blocked me and not receiving call from my other number.
      I have all her call recordings and messeges..

      As u forwarded my complaint to the Kotak Mahindra bank representative...the bank manager has called me and he is ready to refund my amount..but he is asking about my bank balance and credit card number...so I am damn sure that manager also involved in this fraud..when I told him that I don't have any credit card n I have minimum balance of RS 200 in my account ..he suddenly cut the call. And now m trying to call him again but he blocked me.

        This is to bring to your notice that a sum of rs.10000- transferred through mbanking from uco bank, lower circular road, kolkata-17 being account no [protected] to my above savings bank account no-[protected]and ifsc code kkbk0005690 on 01.06.2018 13:06:18 pm imps no[protected]. But by mistake i had mentioned wrong account no as a result the amount wrongly transferred to other account holder vide account no[protected]. But for the same ifsc code. How if possible that the ifsc code of other branch account number. I had intimated the matter to my kotak bank through an application but they said that the amount credit into nasik branch. So they are unable to do any thing and they advised to contact uco bank.

        So now i am requesting you to transferred the amount to my uco bank account no-[protected].

But By mistake I had mentioned wrong account no as a result the amount wrongly transferred to other account holder vide account no[protected].But for the same IFSC code. How if possible that the IFSC Code of other Branch account number. I had intimated the matter to my kotak bank through an application but they said that the amount credit into Nasik Branch. So they are unable to do any thing and they advised to contact UCO Bank .

        So now I am requesting you to transferred the amount to my UCO Bank account no-[protected].

          I have a kotak credit card and due to unavoidable circumstances i missed the payment in the month of june and july however on 26th of july i paid the entire balance in full by visiting the branch and since then i have been following up with the customer service representatives about the block removal the answers are as follows
          1. The block is from collection team they will look into it
          2. You can call the collection head navneet singh whose number is always switched off. Called the customer service to inform the same they gave me 2 numbers one of rahul singh and the other one of ram nivas
          Called ram nivas his statement was their is nothing i can do you can re apply for credit card after 3 months however i was promised by the rep that once the card is paid in full the card will be good to use again
          Worst experience ever

            I was lured by abn bank to take a loan in 2008 and when i saw a statement for loan amount has not reached my account but the statement was dispatched and emi was not as per the agreement.

            I called up the customer care several times and without any resolution, i returned the total loan amount through a cheque,

            But they did not close my account instead they started deducting the emi from the amount which i settled.

            I pursued rbs banks/ abn amro bank through email and telephone.
            Now it seems that kotak mahindra had taken up the loan.

            Some unknown person called me and directed me to meet krishna varanasi, deputy manager, kotak mahindra bank in samajiguda, hyderabad 82. I mailed all the documents regarding the issue but the problem persisted

            They were mentally harassing me and threatening me that they will put me jail and one vikram choudhary (Mob no -[protected]) calming to be station officer of parliament street ps was threatening me that he will wipe out all my family.

            In this situation, i filed a complaint in consumer court in hyderabad and the harassment stopped for a next 5 years

            Now the kotak goons has started again their torture on me and are continuedly calling my office number and threatening not only me but all our staffs

            One lady and one man named vinoth sharma (Mob no [protected]). They even searched our office address and were calling all my seniors and officers.

            For the past four days, thousands of calls are made to my office number and my senior officers by theses collections goons from several numbers which include [protected], 3518, [protected]

            Kindly, help me out in identifying the hidden goons of kotak mahindra bank make them public and mail me the solutions to the unethical menace.

              Service request no: 1-[protected]: fulfillment your ppor bank employee closed this ticket they said i received the one refund from the merchant on june 19. They did not even check the merchant name and the transaction amount just closes the service request number. What a poor employe in india. They don't even know how to do there job. I need a resolution suspend that employe who closes the ticket by saying that refund received. Its your employe fault. I need my refund

                Sub.: urgent request for issue of no due certificate and to remove my name from the defaulter list of cibil record
                Ref.: my credit card no. [protected] expired on september 2010
                Respected sir
                Please refer to my above referred credit card number (Copy of credit card attached herewith).
                In regard to settlement of dues i received your offer letter ref. No. Settlement no. Mum/bcgold/73271 dtd. 23/04/2010 with an option of making emi's in 3 installments i. E. Rs. 5 000 each. Copy of the letter is attached herewith for your kind reference.
                Subsequent to above referred letter i received a phone call of ms. Sameera shroff from your office with an offer of making total payment of rs. 14 000/- if i make the full payment in one time and assured me that upon making this payment of rs. 14 000/- i will get the no due certificate on the next day of making payment.
                As assured by her i made the entire payment of rs. 14 000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) in cash on 28th april 2010 as per your receipt no. C 1256924 (Copy of the receipt is also attached herewith for your kind reference).
                Sir now there is no balance due from my side against the above credit card and in spite of making the entire payment i have not yet received the no due certificate from your side and also my name is reflecting in defaulter list of cibil record as per control number[protected]Member id : bn[protected].
                I am facing lot of problem for applying of home loan with no fault of mine and therefore i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and issue me the no due certificate at the earliest and take the necessary action to remove my name from the defaulter list of cibil record and oblige.

                  After opening the zero balance account in kotak mahindra bank branch ghod dhod road surat (Guj.) in october 2017. They shifted the account to savings account without any information/confirmation, after that they deducted annual monthly balance maint fees from my a/c twice, complaining several times to customer care cell as well as to branch manager in writing for the samein march 2018. But no result. They are still deducting the amb fees from my 811 (Zero) balance account. Total amount debited rs.2301/- till 12th june 2018. Hoping for refund. Another rs. 1000 deducted from my account on 16.07.18.

                    upi transaction failed but money deducted

                    Vpa [protected]@dbs but the transaction shows as failed but my account balance got deducted but not credited to receiver account.

                    I am using kotak credit card where i have taken a loan on card for 90 days. And i have paid the total payment when bill genereted, but still kotak credit card is charging interest on my credit card because of there tricki style.

                    I am in process to completely close all relation with kotak credit card/bank/share trading accounts.

                    This is the worst company which i have started a transaction.

                    Refund details are not reflecting in the bank account. As the refund is initiated by the online shopping website even after 7 days it is not reflecting in the card. Called Kotak bank told me to wait 10 days for any results.

                      since dt.26/4/2018 I was tried to widraw 10000 Rs. in SBI ATM From KOTAK MAHINDRA bank debit card, Money not dispensed due to power cut but amount debited in my acount,
                      i had done complain in banking obdusman (RBI) complain no.[protected] dt.1june2018,
                      also done complaint in Honarble CPGRAMS banking cell complain no.DEABD/E/2018/10562 Dt.6/6/2018, DEABD/E/2018/12945 Dt 9th july& DEABD/E/2018/13602
                      In ATM log provided by SBI and same I was received from kotak mahindra bank, clearly shown that transaction failed
                      but as of now bank only mentally harassed me but not return 10000Rs. Pls help me.

                        I had recieved a reversal letter for my credit card from Kotak Mahindra Bank on 4th June, 2018. As per reversal letter I had cleared the revised total due amount of Rs 13, 200 (Mobile Receipt Reference No. (MB[protected] on 8th June, 2018. But ironically my card became deactivated after making the payment. Moreover, after clearing all the dues its showing that there is still outstanding payment and getting regular calls from Bank for clearing the same. Even there was a recoverable hold balance on my savings account which is also not refunded yet.
                        A person from Bank Mr. Rakesh Agarwal( Apeejay House, Kolkata, collection dept.) had confirmed me repeatedly that it will take not more than seven days to get activated with increased limit and all. Now he is not receiving the calls. Is this unprofessional attitude or a just a smooth way to cheat customers ? I have both savings and current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank.But now I have started losing faith on Kotak Mahindra Bank due to the series of miss-commitments from your designated executives.
                        I am looking for a quick solution. Its my humble request to take care of the situation and make my card activated with full limit and refund the amount of hold balance at the earliest.

                            I have added amount to my Amazon pay balance to recharge but the amount has been deducted and not yet recharged. It's been 10 days, I haven't received my amount to my bank account I.e. 62.50 rs.it was on 10 of July but Amazon refunded the amount to kotak but from kotak the amount has not been credited to my account till now. On July 20 also I was trying to recharge through my kotak account but the amount has been deducted and my number has not yet recharged. Waste service . Customer care people also not giving a solution.

                                For a partially paid loan from Citicorp Finance Ltd. which I intend to pay back. Persons from ISGBL Collection AC calling me to pay the pending amount of RS. 37000 on behalf of Kotak Bank Ltd., Santacruz Branch, Mumbai, telling that Citicorp has been taken over by Kotak Bank Ltd. While I expressed my intention to pay, I was told to transfer the money by NEFT to ISGBL Collection AC in Kotak Bank at Mumabi branch with A/C details. When requested them to give a few days time to verify the authenticity of their organization they started abusing me, calling at my office EPABX number more than 80 times in a day and irritating the office person to that extent that my employer gets irritated of me. I have already filed a complain with Mumbai Police mentioning the person and his mobile number. Am not sure if there will be any action. I stay in Dubai now. What do I do now?

                                  welcome kit not received

                                  Havnt recvd welcome kit from Kotak Mahindra Bank due to negligence of their employee Neeraj and Hussain. Its been 5 months now.
                                  I had openend my savings account with the Bank in the month of Februry 2018. In spite of regular followup, I didnt recv the welcome kit, which has cheque book, debit card and other details. Probably they have sent it to a wrong address, however, they dont repsond and they are not resolving my problem....

                                  Kotak is not at all a customer centric bank.
                                  The employees within Kotak are not upto date with the RBI guidelines.

                                  kotak treat the customer with their own policy and make feel insecure. No influence they have to the merchant.
                                  The escalation portal (L1/ L2 /L3 /L4) does not work at all. Even after requesting to share the manual escalation matrix, they keep it within themselves so that customer can not reach higher. The helpline is helpless also. Never open any account in Kotak...my personal recommendation
                                  Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    When I open my account their representative told that the account is zero balance account and no charges will be levied on it.
                                    after sometime they stated deducting charing Non Maintainance charges. So I stopped banking with that account. Now When I deposited Money they Deducted all my money and now its showing Nill Balance. Many times I called them to close the account. they always says that Branch can waive these charges. Its really frustrating...
                                    I want to close my account with CRN No 98467735 and get my money back...
                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
