I have opened investment account with kotak bank on nov 2017 since then every month 2500 has been deducted from my savings account & after some days it again gets credited to my account.

After submitting all the document at the begining it was showing online readiness as no,

Now it is showing poa as no.

It do not understand how kotak bank can be so negligible after six months also there is no resolution.

My relationship manager every month take my documents to close the issue. But not able to resolve after six months also.

Complaints has been raised to country manager, ceo but no resolution

    Dear sir kotak is fake totally they cutting over money without any reasons 1st they given for free after that they cutting over amount like tmbs charges and more if ask in branch no correct response and customer service worest we cant stop over account y this fake bank in india what government doing and fight for this avoid this cutting help common people

She is also ready to locate me at my desired location. I just want to know about the authenticity of mail and its sender. is it genuine or fake.

      Hello,
      My name is pratibha maurya. I have uco bank atm card and i usually go to nearby kotak atm in c market, sector 41, noida. Before a days ago i faced a problem that i coudn't get my cash from the atm machine but money was debited from my account. Please resolve the issue asap. I have already complaint this matter but didn't get any response.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I regret to inform you that (Kotak t. Nagar branch, thulasi building new no79, gn chetty road, chennai -17) of your office is not rendering satisfactory services to its customers.
        A six months ago i opened a savings a/c ([protected]) by mr. R. Senthilmurugan, sales assistant manager and within one month i applied to zero balance account in same a/c. He has not changed the a/c yet. (I given to him for ref cheque no:"000001"[protected]:000300. 31) because of this my money has been debited (Rs 531×4 times=2124). When i spoke to him, he did not give a proper answer also misbehavior and rudeness last on14/3/18.
        He is lying to much. If my phone call. He will not pickup phone call due to this i am in depression. These type of worst behavior will spoil kotak mahindra bank image. Please take action against him. And also i request you to takeup this matter urgently to help me recover my money.

          There were 4 fraud transaction that happened on my card without my concern (Totalling 140k).
          I did all the required work asked by bank. Send them all the document including fir copy.
          They asked for 45 days and now its been 50 days.
          I am getting 30+ calls a day from kotak bank. Even at 2am in the night asking for me to pay that amount.

          They are using abusive language and threatening me to find and harm me.

            My customer id is 8834202 and i am amintaining quaretely average balance of rs 6500. Yesterday i got a message stating that may account — debit frozen. I am shoched that without warning how a bank of repute can do it. They should have given reason for debit freeze. I am constrained to close my account and advise my friends and relatives to do the same. Ca r thyagrajan, chartered accountant.

              When i went to kotak branch to close my salary account, i clearly asked one the employee in the branch that how i can pay my credit card payment they said that i can pay through online but they didn't said proper information. Today i tried making payment through online its showing there is no accounts available with my crn and i called to customer care they are telling that i can pay through cash or cheque, if i will pay through cash means i have pay 18% gst which i don't want to pay and i want to cancel my card and i will not pay single rupee also.

                I had failed transactions on24/1/2018 & kotak M bank debited that amount to my credit card. After complain they said that all amounts will be reversed in next month, but still I did not get any reverse for same.

                I am also using other bank credit card ( HDFC & CITI), they are good in customer service. but Kotak don't provide that.

                so plan to close my both debit as well as credit card.

                  Hi,
                  This is the worst experience I had with Kotak Mahindra bank.I took a personal loan of 2.5 L in last may, 2017.I had discussed with them regarding the preclosure, if I want to do, at that moment of time they said yes !!.
                  I again enquired about it in September, 2017, they said they will close it with 5% chargeable amount, which sounds ok.
                  But Now on 19 March, when I actually went to close the loan, by paying the whole amount, they are denying and saying, it cant be done !! Why Kotak .??
                  They sayy they cant close it and it will be closed next year !!
                  There customer care people are so rude and dont respond appropiately and very unprofessional, They are asking why you want close the loan, which sounds really unprofessional and pathetic !!

                  Please provide me the resolution I want to close the loan as soon as possible .

                    In march month statement available credit limit showing 909.00 rs after then i purchased the rupees of 1800 rupees
                    For my reference usage of excess amount approx. 900.00rs.. But now showing — 3753 rupees excess usage
                    Every month put a over limit fee and interest charges..

                    I have applied for kotak mahindra credit card many time And representative collected my pan card and aadhar card three time but no response .
                    I try to withdraw cash from kontanten willys Lyc on 16/03/2018.I got the Message Stating that debited from the Card .but not Dispersed.

                    Both the Transcations Were the Same.Card Was not Working.
                    Astonished to notice That both the Transcation Was debited.

                    Kindly update on the Same.

                      Am holding kotak bank credit card where in my cc limit was 92000.I have taken a loan on credit card for 32000.recently without any intimation my credit card limit was revised to 60000.I have not received any intimation not call from kotak credit card team.i was trying to contact with credit card team but not received any response just postponing with out providing the reason.request to help in getting the issue resolved as I have faced pathetic service from kotak bank.

                      Today I do not believe these type of work from kotak Mahindra bank 8 months ago money has been deducted for account opening but no response from kotak as I have also visited 50 times to the branch no one is responding about my check book and ATM card
                      I even not provided by my account number.
                      Shame on kotak Mahindra bank.

                      Care phone charge ab tak lag chuka hai.
                      240 rupees ab kya karu

                      Call caro to boltai hai hold karo

                        I am holding a personel loan account no.[protected] with the kotak mahindra bank ltd since aug 2015 and i had paid regularly our installment through ecs now today only 5 installment has balanced and i want to force closed my loan before march. But the management said we have to pay 5% force closure charges with 18% gst. I cant believe that i had paid 36 installment regularly and bank said give them such charges.

                          I have opened a kotak 811 account some 7 months back. I had completed all kyc requirements then only.

                          But out of sudden i get an email that my account has been frozen. I am unable to make any transactions.

                          This is mentally and emotionally distressing.

                          They say it is a signature/mitc mismatch. Pls help.

                          I have already send the mitc form duly signed yesterday morning but no updates from bank.

                            My relatives are getting calls from kotak bank that i have some outstanding of abn amro bank. They are threatening them and misbehaving. They have fraudulently taken my call detail and misusing my contacts. I am going to raise police fir for misusing my contacts and for this threatening calls. I am not aware about this outstanding and i did not use any abn amro cards.

                            Pls. Look into this.

                                My kotak bank salary a/c effective balance is not showing.
                                I was credited 500rs in my a/c but is not showing my a/c. Customer care exe told to me it is on hold with out any prior intimation how can they hold my account balance.
                                Their is an emergency.

I have done so many transactions till now if i want to know my statements the application show the post option instead of mail.. It clearly tells us they can't update my mail id and one thing they show to consult the nearest bank... I have no time to attend the bank... Because of i am a job...

                                  My crn no.[protected], saving account with kotak mohindra bank, they deducted twice[protected] rs.177/- cash depositing charges without sending any sms or information. How can a bank can deducted any charges without informing customer. As per rbi guidline any charges should be transparent to customer and inform cutomer by sms or other. Why do not rbi take action against such bank.

                                    account charges charged for no reason

                                    My kotak bank acc was charged for no reason when i transferred my money to kotak 811 full kyc acc. It was stated that tmbs. Remark something like that and there's no explanation for the same so why are those charges charged from my account even though it is zero balance account please take a note of it and resolve it and revert my charges soon hoping for your revert asap....
