This is the worst experience I had with Kotak Mahindra bank.I took a personal loan of 2.5 L in last may, 2017.I had discussed with them regarding the preclosure, if I want to do, at that moment of time they said yes !!.
I again enquired about it in September, 2017, they said they will close it with 5% chargeable amount, which sounds ok.
But Now on 19 March, when I actually went to close the loan, by paying the whole amount, they are denying and saying, it cant be done !! Why Kotak .??
They sayy they cant close it and it will be closed next year !!
There customer care people are so rude and dont respond appropiately and very unprofessional, They are asking why you want close the loan, which sounds really unprofessional and pathetic !!
Please provide me the resolution I want to close the loan as soon as possible .
