Hello sir i done my account opening in this year begin i already submitted the details what they required but one think y they can't enter my mail id... I have done so many transactions till now if i want to know my statements the application show the post option instead of mail.. It clearly tells us they can't update my mail id and one thing they show to consult the nearest bank... I have no time to attend the bank... Because of i am a job...

My crn no.[protected], saving account with kotak mohindra bank, they deducted twice[protected] rs.177/- cash depositing charges without sending any sms or information. How can a bank can deducted any charges without informing customer. As per rbi guidline any charges should be transparent to customer and inform cutomer by sms or other. Why do not rbi take action against such bank....

My kotak bank acc was charged for no reason when i transferred my money to kotak 811 full kyc acc. It was stated that tmbs. Remark something like that and there's no explanation for the same so why are those charges charged from my account even though it is zero balance account please take a note of it and resolve it and revert my charges soon hoping for your revert asap....

Kotak mahindra bank is worst at it's services.

A fraudulent transaction was happened on 3rd nov 2017 for my credit card. And i reported then on that day.

But it took almost 3 months to reversal the fee of dispute transaction in credit card statement.

They have charged me anonymously 8579.0 instead of 3792.0. And they are keep on adding the interest and additional charges (Auto debit.. Etc) like...

Bankdeduct the 3000 rupees of the maintenance charge. Not issued the debit card for my account but, debited the charges (Rs 178.00) from my account, debiting reason is "annual debit card charges". But not using any debit card and not issued.. My branch address is hyderanagar (Kkbk0000560)

I want reason for this, customer not having and bank not issued the debit card bank how to debit the charges.....

I have applied for credit card in the month it's almost more than 40 days and the status it's showing being processed from last 25 days.

I have never applied for credit card. As soon as an salary account was opened, a person disguised as kotak agent approached us for credit card. We clearly rejected the credit card offer. I have not signed any document pertaining for credit card application. I have not provided my id proof./pan for credit card...

Cash got debited of 10000 Rs for failed transaction ( SBI ATM went out of service in the third transaction ) on 09/03/2018.
Its been 3 days still money is not credited to my account.
I have withdrawn amount thrice 10000 Rs each transaction. 3rd time Amount got debited for failed transaction.
