Dear sir/mam

I would like to bring this to your attention that i have been issued a credit card from kotak bank without my approval. The card number [protected] crn[protected] was not even accepted when the courier guy tried to deliver it to me. I never asked for a credit card and then kotak bank issued me one and now bank is charging me an annual fee and late payment fee of 1500inr and i'm receiving text messages and calls every day stating i have an outstanding balance on this credit card and my cibil score is getting effected.
I received the card information when i visited the himayat nagar branch. I was told to email my concern to krishnamurthy. [protected]@kotak.com which i did on 19th nov 2019 and haven't heard anything from him or any one else at kotak bank but i'm getting constant calls asking me to pay. Please understand it took a great amount of time and effort for me to build my cibil and now by issuing this credit card with out my approval and knowledge this bank is ruining all my efforts and now even telling me to pay otherwise cibil will be effected. Please help

    It happened on 19 december 2018. I had applied on quiker app for various home based jobs beacause i wanted one. On that day, i got a call from a woman to claimed to be a member of kotak mahindra bank. I checked the number on truecaller. It was showing the same. She told me about job that it is home based and i have to keep records etc. And further details she will tell me when i'll come to there bank office in gomtinagar. Then she asked me to fill a form on a site (They removed the site) on which i filled it.. And she said that it will cost 50rs. And that was the big mistake i did... I filled my card number and cvv in order to complete the payment.. But instead my 5000 rs were deducted quickly and my card was blocked. And then i tried to call the person but she switch off her phone. Please help me and tell me what should i do. The number through which she called is [protected].

I have been told there won't any fees for transfer and debit card initially, I have been using kotak bank account from last 5 years, but this is first time i have been charged huge annual fees of 885 on debit card

        Dear sir/ madam
        I received the NDC letter from the bank after paying the full amount as said by the Kotak Bank. But my account is in collection block, I request the bank to update as closed account in CIBIL which is still showing as WRITTEN OFF.

        Kotak bank has asked me to contact collection manager Mr Ateeq Ahmed the one who is spoiling the image of Bank and a pathetic person working for Kotak. He always disconnect the call saying he is busy and switch off the mobile.

        Please I request the bank to do the needful.

          I got wrong registration number of my car on order receipt when i ordered fastag online. Fastag toll free number for individual cars not working other toll free number takes only corporate issues. Issue remains unsolved after 4 days. They dont revert on fastag. [protected]@kotak.com. Dont have branch in my hometown. Should i keep calling and mailing u guys?? I suppose there is no customer value at all. They simply dont have time to listen the issue or connect me to concerned dept. Why do u take orders i[censored] dont have team to listen to the concerns of customer. I got wrong registration number of my car on order receipt.

          I am C K Ravi and I live in Chennai. On 17th Nov 21 afternoon around 14 00 hrs, I reached the L&T toll booth in Coimbatore on my way to the Coimbatore airport from Palakkad, Kerala. The car I had travelled did not have the fasttag registration. The attender at the booth did not allow the car to go thru insisting that fasttag is compulsory, which is not legally correct. Since I was pressed for time, I did not argue and approached the "Kotak" Fasttag representative for registration. The fasttag serial no given is[protected]-[protected] and account no is [protected]. I was asked to pay Rs 500/- in cash whereas the balance in Fasttag or credit was only Rs 200/-. I asked for a receipt for Rs 500/- which was denied as they said this is a normal practice. Am I short changed by Rs 300/-. ? I need an answer. Kindly clarify. If this a raquet, then this needs to be exposed.

            The above mentioned is the service request no.
            In this there was a phone pe transaction in which there was an online transaction of inr 500 from my kotak account to a vijaya bank account.

            The vijaya bank account has been deactivated months ago.
            Still the transaction succeeded and when i asked for recall of the money, i got the usual response:

            "your ref# 1-[protected] regarding reversal of the upi txn has been rejected, as we haven't received any response from the beneficiary bank despite sending two reminders.

            Therefore, the said amount cannot be reversed to your kotak account."

              Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 19 bangla november, 2019o
              Kotak account without any information.

              But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
              And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

              So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                Hi,

                I did a transaction of 41000 in a hospital on my debit card on 19th of oct.
                I don't know why but they (41000) got credited back to my account on 1st of nov, and again debited from my account on 27th of nov.

                I don't know what is happening with my account. Please help over this as kotak customer care doesn't give me proper explanation on this and they are telling me to contact the merchant or visa for those transactions on my account.
                How can i contact them when i paid amount using my kotak debit card.
                Lost belief over the bank to keep the money in my saving account because of these kind o[censored]nwanted transactions.

                This lured me to spend the money when it credited back to my account as i thought the hospital refunded me the money because of the failure of the treatment.

                I want a strict action against this bank for luring the customers with these unwanted transactions and later asked them to pay the money and everything happens without any intimations.

                Please help over this.

                    Please look into the matter regarding full and final settlement and do the needful at the earliest.
                    I have telephonic discussed with hr (Sachin) before 6 days back and as per discussion i am not liable to pay recover amount approx 3700/- regarding delay in processing customer bulk neft due to soft copy not received from customer end and same was telephonic informed to customer. You can also check sr which was created by me with proper remarks with the knowledge of branch manager.
                    Please investigate asap and provide me relieving letter at the earliest.

                      Hi,
                      I have a salary accout with kotak bank and recently i have bought an home appliance from capital first emi.in jan 2019, my kotak salary account was not credited with salary as i was on leave without pay and idfc has tried to debit emi from my account twice & both failed.
                      This month i was debited around 1250 as ecs return charge by kotak. For the first failed transaction kotak had charged me 590 + 15% tax and for the second transaction 750+15% tax. I never got any message from kotak saying i will be charged for every failed ecs transaction. Totally i am lossed 12000/-. I found this when i accidentally checked my account summary which i never usually do.
                      I never got any information regarding this charges. Being a reputed bank, kotak must try to be transparent, atleast to its customers. They are deducting lots of hidden charges.
                      I expect a refund from kotak for being a customer for the past 3 years.
                      The customer care service is intolerable.

                        Yesterday my friend had sent me 150 rs through google pay money deducted from his account and message of receiving money also received by me on my number but amount not credited in my account. I had also checked in account activity in kotak mahindra bank app there is shown that amount is received but when i checked my account balance there is zero. Upi ref no[protected]
                        Also closing balance in kotak app is 150 in account activity but account balance is still zero.

                          My money will be deducted without saying and i have lost my debit card but too they are deducting money for "atm cw fee dom" wothout usage of atm how can even theey deduct money it seriously making more tense over my transaction. They even deduct more than money for the money i ll get transferred this hav become serious issue on my account. I kindly request kotak bank to see over issue and correct the problem.

                            My name is pavan kumar sevakula registered under phone number [protected] with kotak mahindra bank. I have taken a credit card for which i am paying my bills regularly. However, i have been getting around 6 to 7 calls every day from a random kotak costumer support asking to pay the credit card bill. This is going berserk and i am tired of telling them and explaining my stance. Please take an action on this at the earliest. Fyi i am soon going to cancel my relation with kotak. Until then, help me.

                                Does kotak bank allow their recovery agency to threaten people by saying that all your household items will be taken away if failed to pay a five digit amount in two days?
                                Infact, there was no reminder from the recovery cell purposely in these two months and the amount which was pending was only 4000, now they are asking for whole amount as we failed to pay the last installment.

                                  As mentioned in above subject, i mr. Harish kandel want to pay and settle the credit card amount. We are not in the residence address which we have provided in your records as my wife was pregnant and we are in our native. We have use the amount only 500/but you put bill rs.2350 we need settle amount and we need entire amount which we have to settle. Many collection executives are calling again and again. We have received call from mr. Muthu, gopi, and mr. Balraj from chennai they are really disturbing. Collection executives are behaving very rudely and hassrsing we have said them that we will meet and settle amount. Now we have received legal notice and email also so we request you to wave off our interest and late payment chagres and close my credit card account we are regularly paying interest every month above 50%-60%. Just from past 2 months we were not able to pay so please check our statement and take back this legal notice. These collection executives are harrsing us daily. If this continue we will go to consumer court and settle our amount. We even require gst statement no to pay the entire amount. Please do the needful

                                    I had used my kotak visa corporate card to make an online purchase of 15, 392/-
                                    Received statement with additional 500/- + gst as limit was 15, 000/-
                                    Further upon calling the toll free number, i was told another 500/- + gst was charged since statement was generated in over-limit.
                                    I feel cheated and ended wasting so much time too.
                                    Good way to make easy money from cheating people.
                                    Ideally the transaction should have declined due to exceeded limit.

                                    I was charged overlimit charged twice. First time was for over use of the said limits which in first place is unacceptable for any credit card. Second was for statement being generated while account was in overlimit. Firstly, I Had made the full payment and called Kotak helpline to lodge a complaint. The representative had no solution so I requested him to escalate to his seniors. Next day I received a call and was assured that both charges would be reversed. Although I was still charged GST for both instances which amounted to Rs. 90/- as they claimed that GST was paid already and cannot be reversed. I closed one eye on that but it’s still not fair as they can get the refund the following month and they are giving false impression to customers about GST. Anyways since they reversed the charges I have not cancelled the card.

                                      Sir kotak bank has become the most irritated mannerless banking. We'd agreed that our outstanding is pending we even asked them fr ots but they didn't even bothered to help us in clearing are accounts over due. Later on they started calling at my sisters work place her colleagues and everyone and started abusing them. N calling me n telling tu teri behan ko bazaar me bech k paise bhar. Is this the way to behave.in life would never reccomend anyone to take loans from kotak i just got a call 2 3 days back regarding same he was stating that he's advocate he told me to meet i asked him fr his address he told main aapko msg karta hu. Tu 22 lakh rs cash leke aah nahi toh teri maa behan chod dunga. I asked him sir pls behave in a proper way or else i would be forced to take legal actions against you guys. And i even said sir mera outstanding 7.5 lakh k upar nahi hai business loan ka jab paisa tha mere pass aapne settle nahi kiya abhi muje 5 months ka time chaiye i am ready to give you post dated cheque. Still he started abusing pls help. I called the manager he said sir customer care pe phone karo chutiyo jaisa dimag mat chaato bloody # bank cheap peoples a big big no to kotak #shameonyoukotak
