Dear sir/madam,

Complaint against kotak security team, bangalore branch.
Add: lavelle road, near chinna swamy stadium, bangalore (Karnataka)-560 001

The branch staff of bangaore has traded in my demat account and incurred the loss more than 2 lacs rupees from my account. And not responding for the loss occurred to me. As i need those funds for house construction urgently. Mr anand, asst. Manager, ms shirsha mondal, and saravanan, sr manager are wholly responsible for my loss. If not resolved in two days. I am escalating to ombudsman, consumer forum and any suitable legal help station to do justice to me. Allegedly, all trades were happened with out my recommendations, just by following the calls received by research team as mentioned by mr anand and ms shirsha when questioned about loss of funds in my demat account.

    In the month of june 2017 i opened a demat account through sector 56 indusind branch. The representative of kotak securities told me the following terms

    1) the monthly account charges will be rs 50/- plus tax

    2) the first rs1000 brokerage will be reversed.

    My account charges are not fixed. Their are variable in nature. I will not refer kotak securities any of my know friends.

    As it is the most costly and unfriendly company.

    My rm has no courtesy of meeting new client for single time in past two months and not contacting me once.

    After 01st aug 2017 you have stop reversing the brokerage due to me by your offer..

    I have been complaining to your customer service center for past one week and their response is just talk to your rm, we cannot do nothing.

    I have raised the online complain through website also

      My client id is 21016609, i started my demat account with kotak securities with a deposit of rs.1, 00, 000/- with a promise for brokerage of 0.25%, the person who gave me this offer has left the organisation, and im being charged a brokerage of 0.49%.
      I did many purchase sales shares transaction without knowing that im being charged with 0.49%.. When i spoke to my new rm, he told me he can cut down my brokerage only till 0.32%.
      I want the refund for brokerage amount inappropriately charged and my brokerage to be 0.25%.

        I initiated opening an account with m/s kotak securities on-line on 1'st of this month. One of their clients and my close relative suggested me this company above so many others, you can imagine to exist in every nook & corner of mumbai/thane.

        Since then i am writing them so many mails, making and recieving calls to complete formalities of documentation and get account activated, so i could park my funds which lay un-yeilding in saving account!

        Every time one of about 6-7 callers from them talks as if i am just curious to have some investment prospects "somewhere". Despite writing in most blatant fashion, i really hate to present like that, not one staff has displayed any seriousness to work!

          I am having a trading account no ydf15 at varanasi. As the said account become dormant i applied for it closure after doing the necessary formalities and finally my account was closed in july 2017, but still no payment of closure amount is paid to me.

            I have been receiving call from kotak mahindra bank for opening a demat account frequently and every time i answer them "not interested". But instead of considering their client choice they opened one without seeking any permission and on the top they have deducted 10750 inr. Now i don't know whom to approach. All i'm sure is this is illegal. I haven't signed any paper. They just did it by their own. I have heard other's experience with kotak mahindra and i'm not surprised much. People put money in back to save it from theft but my money is stolen from bank by it's guardian!

              Sir,

              My trading account with kotak securities has not been linked with my d-mat account with kotak mahindra till date. It is almost 7 months since the procedure has started

              I was posted at tezpur assam with the indian army and had met mr trinayam khangia of kotak mahindra bank guwahait ([protected]). He opened my trading my trading account with kotak securities (Both mine and my mothers).

              I am now presently residing in bangalore and have approached mr dhananjay singh, branch manager, kotak securities at jayanagar 3 rd block ([protected]) he made me do the offiical formalities for linking and to my surprise after 3 weeks he returned all the forms and documents in orginal to me stating that he will not be able to link

              Such behavior from a reputed organization of your standards set a bad example to the customers please let me know the further course of action

              Should i mail all the documents to your address or what procedure should i follow in order to link my d mat account with my trading account

              Please guide and acknowledge

                  I have certain shares, no matter what category they belong but your system does not allow me to sell and book loss at least. Examples 1 sgjhl 2 jeevan scientific etc. This is a concern raised but nothing has been done since sometime. Why did you allow us to buy when you don't allow us to sell.
                  I am bimal sood, kotak securities opened share trading account on ~28th july2017, i did buy few shares on 1/2nd august. From 3rd august 2017, i could not access my account because i stopped getting access codes to log in.

                  i have complained to about 50 people in kotak securities, sent them 100's of emails, my relationship manager always asks for 1 hour to fix, but never returns the call,
                  i have called all the numbers on the internet to fix my account,
                  it is now more than 2 months i have not been able to access my account.
                  Kotak securities want a screen shot after i log into account, how it is possible.
                  I always receive emails from kotak saying issue has been sorted, but i cannot access imy account,
                  literally 100's of phones calls, 100's of emails, >>> kotak securities has not been able to fix, but still charges money to me for account which i cannot access, it is unfair and bullying the customer, nothing short of harassment.
                  If they cannot fix, at least my money and losses should be returned to me.
                  Is there anybody in kotak who works for consumer or there customers,
                  i am a kotak bank privy league customer( optima)

                  is there somebody in kotak securities, who is sensible, to sort out.

                    Sir, I have been trying to link my Trading Account to my D-mat account from last 3-4 months, but unfortunately I am not able to proceed with concrete advise from the Kotak Securities Officials.

                    I met Mr Dhananjay Jha in Kotak Securities Jayanagar Branch and as directed by him I completed all my formalites for linking my DMAT account to my trading account and he has recently sent all the documents to me back. My trading account is E6AVO, and I have registered a complaint with the customer care bearing number 14878886,

                    My mother's account named Mrs Sudha Viswanathan is also having the same problem. I am a retired Army Officer from Bangalore, My last posting was in Tezpur Assam and One individual name Trinayan from Guwahati from Kotak Securities is looking after the case, His mobile Number is [protected]

                    Please give me written instructions so that I can visit the Kotak Securities Office for a fruitful solution this issue

                      In june, 2016 i visit kotak securities office, sector-8, chandigarh and request for selling shares from my trading account client id 10441962. I also request for closing my trading account from kotak securities. But till date neither sold shares nor close my trading account by them.
                      During this period i visit kotak securities office more than 20 times, more than 100 times talk on telephone to their representatives and seniors, but every time progress nil.

                        Being among one of the top companies, how could you people cheat your customers. I would suggest everyone to not to deal with kotak securties as their marketing person are fraud, they tel their customer lower rate of brokerage and later on when people open their account then they charge higher rate of brokerage.
                        This type of practices are unlawful. One of the marketing executive name sanjay kumar shaw is a big fraud.

                            My name is XXXX. I have a home loan with Kotak. I missed a payment this month & the collection dept. sent the people without a prior notification or call about a missed payment. I have rented that home & it was insulting for my tenant to face such a scenario. Being a loyal customer for 6 yrs if this is how am treated I am no longer planning to continue with Kotak. Further, after that when I called the Customer care they were very rude & not cooperative. They did not have any courtesy to resolve my problem.

                              I am having trading and demat account with Kotak Securities. On 9th Feb, 2017, trading platform of Kotak Securities failed resulting in non execution of square – off trades on my intraday purchases. My dealer assured that as this is a trading platform failure, Kotak Securities will reimburse the losses. He forwarded my request for reimbursement and assured that I will be receiving the reimbursement within nest 15 working days.

                              For one month, I was following up with my dealer and he said he is arranging necessary approvals. Then he asked to contact customer care as he was unable to get the approvals. I lodged a complaint on their customer care immediately (10th March, 2017). Since then I am constantly following up with these guys only to get their standard response that we are still working on it. I have also escalated the matter to Level 1 escalation and level 2 escalation matrix but for no avail. During my last conversation with Mr. Ashish Savla (1st Escalation Matrix) on 6th April, he asked for time till 11th April for definitive resolution of issue. But still I have not received any communication from their side.

                              It has been more than two months now since but they have not been able to address and resolve such small issue.

                              This is a perfect example of worst customer care services and worst internal procedures wherein the company is unable to get approvals for reimbursement to customer when they themselves are at fault.

                                Dear all.
                                I had submitted my demat & trading closer cum transfer form to mr. Kamlesh contact no.[protected] /[protected] at borivli west kotak securities branch on 09/02/2017.. I am clearly saying to the kamlesh i want to transfer all the holding stock & mutual fund to hdfc demat ac he said it will do with in 15 days.
                                After 15 days my kotak securities demat ac is closed and only stock is transferred to the hdfc demat ac but my mf is not transfer in my hdfc demat ac. Then i called the kamlesh he said i had done my job pls contact to the customer care..
                                Spoken with the kotak sec. Customer care mr. Sachin prajapati, he given one mf transfer form and he said fill the form and submit to the kotak securities malad east corporate office. I have submitted that format to the malad east office address on 13th march 2017..
                                But still my mutual fund is not transfer to hdcf demat ac and your customer care person is saying that we are transfer your all mf to hdfc demat ac. Pls speak to the amc team and your hdfc bank..
                                Amc team is saying that we are not doing transfer part and hdfc bank is saying your mf is not transfer to your demat ac. Pls contact with kotak securities..
                                From last 2 months i am too much frustrate to kotak securities service no one such a give correct my answer and short out my problem..
                                I request you to pls short out my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will complain to your higher management, police stn. And court also..

                                    I have placed gtc buy order for ujaas energy ltd at rs 33.00 for 300 shares on 09th march 2017 with validity date up to[protected], however on 20th march 2017 price o[censored]jaas energy goes down up to rs 32.55, still my order was not placed, when inquier about the same at customer care of kotak sec, i was not given approprieat answer, howver on very next day order was sucessfully executed.

                                    I have send reminder mail also but not received any revert.

                                    Preveiouslly also i face simillary issue, in which i placed sell order for dishtv at price of rs 97.00 on 22nd feb 2017 with validity of 20th feb 2018. On 22nd feb 2017 price of dish tv gone up to rs 97.90, but still shares was not sell. However simillary after complaining in customer care (complain number[protected] it was executed on next day.

Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst Baniking Services. And Wost Credit Card Services... They dont even convert purchases to EMI even after asking them twice...

                                        I am able to login my account but in the investment section its show invalid Clint my Clint I'd is KUV10, my reg no is [protected] . ...customer care person told. Me not match ur account information...if not then how can I able to login where I get Clint code and demate account...be faith so far kotak have very worst services...I ever seen...my money also deduct through check...resolve this other wise I will quit
