subject: Resuming of Demat Trading : Q92B7
Dear M/S Kotak Securities,
It is hereby intimated that for the past one year I haven't done any transaction/trading in my Demat account no Q92B7 (Puducherry).
Recently I have cleared the debit balance of Rs 515/-
Presently there is no outstanding, hence please activate my account to enable me to start trading. Please acknowledge receipt and accord priority.

(I have sent the above mentioned mail to the cited email address on Tue, Jul 15, 2014 at 7:06 AM, followed with personal visit to Puducherry branch on 01 Nov 2014. Till date no response from any side. If my request is not fulfilled within 24hrs, I may be forced to close my account.

I had bought 8000 shares at Rs.0.06 price on 31/07/2015. But on their statement it shows 0.09 as purchase price. Upon enquiring the same, the customer care executive says this is our brokerage.
Just imagine on a share value Rs.0.06, their brokerage is 0.03 (50% brokerage).
When i stressed on this matter over the call with customer care, they told please visit the branch to reduce the brokerage.
Why should i go to the branch and waste my time, why not it can be done from kotak to retain the customer care.
Guys with very little hope i wrote this. The next step would be closing this account and inform to all in my surrounding about how kotak cheats.
