[Resolved] Kotak Securities — demat account assistance | |
Hi, am ruzbhay bapooji from hyderabad and i've been a loyal customer of kotak securities for aprrox 5 years now. I've been using odin as the platform for trading and since this doesn't have charts i'd requested your agent mohan ([protected]) and your employee varun kumar from a long time to add charts to ease trading. Mr. Mohan kept promising me that he'd get me an online service platform which has all these features and assured me that he'd get me this by april 01 '19. However, today he informs me that since i've got an account with hsbc i can't avail this software. Is this a joke or is this true? Ive asked them the name and num of your ombudsman, however there was no response from either of them. They say they can't assist me and that i could either continue with odin or close the account. I've chosen the latter, however i want to put in a complaint as to how ill informed your people are and their attitude towards a client. They make a professional company look like frauds.
