Hi, I have account with Kotak securities which was opened ages ago. I have not used the account for the while and so it became dormant. I wanted to reactivate it again as the company I work for has made it legal binding for me to submit the statement for my DMAT account every quarter. When I sent KYC to get it activated I got to know that the account details were burnt in nax fire and the account is suspended as I had not submitted the documents again. I don't remember getting any follow up from Kotak on my email address about the documents and did not know about the fire event till I went to reactivate it.
Since then I have submitted many requests including KYC which were rejected due to signature not matching. I never had any signature other than the one I had given on KYC form so I am really not sure why was it rejected. As a last attempt I am submitting the change of signature form but really worried about is as it will be hard to get exactly same signature at 3 different places, there can be a change of stroke.
I really need to get the account activated as I want my statements sent for me to submit in my office. It can cost me my job if I don't do it asap.
If I had failed to submit the documents after NAX fire then KOTAK has failed to follow up as well so here I would request you to please approve my documents I submit next time and meanwhile keep on sending my statement to my permanent address which is not happening now.
