Incorrect Ledger balance

I have been constantly writing emails to kotak securities regarding incorrect Ledger balance and trading amount, but have not received any clarification on the same.

DEMAT account whose documents were burned in nax fire

Hi, I have account with Kotak securities which was opened ages ago. I have not used the account for the while and so it became dormant. I wanted to reactivate it again as the company I work for has made it legal binding for me to submit the statement for my DMAT account every quarter. When I sent KYC to get it activated I got to know that the account details were burnt in nax fire and the account is suspended as I had not submitted the documents...

Query regarding insufficient funds on T+2 days

I bought shares worth Rs.3, 45000 on Thursday 3rd Feb 2022. Due to insufficient funds in my account, I had contacted the customer care regarding the further action to be taken. KYC Mismanagement / Identity theft.

I took a personal loan from Kotak securities for personal reasons(In July) and 1 month after I got a call for a credit card from Kotak bank (August). I do not know how but someone maybe from the employees took my details and bought a Phone, I did not provide them with any original document (for the credit card) but somehow it was processed without my knowledge/consent. I have been to the Kalyani Nagar Branch many times, but no results. ruining...

Issue with fund transfer

I am not able to my funds from Kotak bank account to Kotak securities account. I am facing this issue for the last 3 months. I have asked my issue to both of the customer care (Kotak Securities and Kotak Bank) people but they are blaming each other and I am not getting any proper solution for a long time. Every time they accept a query and won't work properly and back with some silly answers. I am very frustrated with this type of issue....

Not closing my demat and trading account

I have been trying to close my demat account since 1 month. I have fulfilled all the requirements to close the account and yet it is not closed. When I called the customer service I have been to mail the closing request every time I called and not have given any proper reason not withhold the closing. It's been 1 month and they keep making excuses....
