I am an old investor of essar oil, from public offer time. Unfortunately my investments in essar steel and essar oil put me to losses. My dp account was maintained earlier by state bank of hyderabad and later by kotaksecurities.
The delisting offers have not reached to the postal address furnished my dp holder.

Till recently, my share transaction is through kotaksecurities dealers. I have no intimation from kotaksecurities also

The policies of essar company is hurting small investors like me, who do do not trade directly. Because of my bitter experience, i have become online trader recently. I should not be penalised for no fault of mine.

Keeping the above factual in formation, i want the registrars of the company and essar oil company to do justice by accepting my shares on par with open offer and arrange payment through my registered bank account immediately

Failure to respond to my greivance, i will take up matter as deemed fit.
