Kotak Securities — Incorrect Ledger balance

I have been constantly writing emails to kotak securities regarding incorrect Ledger balance and trading amount, but have not received any clarification on the same.

The trading account shows incorrect trading balance every start of the day. This balance differs from my calculation. Also, I had never asked for Margin based trading account, though the team/portal only displays available/utilized margin, or balance in terms of margin.

If I start trading based on the balance that is shown on the "Funds" section or "Ledger" section of the account, I'll will end up spending more than what I have deposited.

I have constantly been asking (since 14 days ) for an explanation on my ledger balance, but no one has responded to it.

This is a very new account. I have received nearly 8 calls post my account opening to open another account, but none to answer my question.

there was a feedback call as well from kotak, which understood the problem and informed that a solution/reply will be posted to us, but its been 7 days since that day as well.

Today is the 17th day. I have been sending details to your team over email everyday. Over call (a week ago) I have explained the issue twice, and I was told that I'll get a response. On emails, I have sent screenshots as well. On twitter I have sent you a DM about the issue and client code as well. On Chat/whatsapp, I have spoken to 4 people (15 days ago), and they all have said that the concerned person will get in touch.

When will this "Concerned people" get in touch?

"muthukrishnan.arunachalam" is the person who constantly replies the same, and on call we have established that whatever he puts on email is incorrect i.e. ledger balance is in correct.

I know you will just keep putting generic relies here/twitter. But, you should also do something in the direction of solving the issue.

eventually, I'll have to put names here of all representative who I spoke with, so that other can avoid them.

20 days gone. No correct respinse from anyone. The one i get on phone calls is very different from emails.

In terms of the ask for client code on an email id (as per the comment on this site), this was already shared when asked
