[Resolved]  Kotak Securities — Issue with fund transfer

I am not able to my funds from Kotak bank account to Kotak securities account. I am facing this issue for the last 3 months. I have asked my issue to both of the customer care (Kotak Securities and Kotak Bank) people but they are blaming each other and I am not getting any proper solution for a long time. Every time they accept a query and won't work properly and back with some silly answers. I am very frustrated with this type of issue. I need some who really help me out through this issue.
