Kotak Securities — Zero Account Facility against what has been promised

I had opened the demat account in the kotak securities for the purpose of investing in the mutual fund. My ID is PUN92_10
My client code is PX7K0
KS_CRN is 10539767
I am unable to make investment through my account due to which i have to pay higher amount of tax and they are not even providing me any kind of remedy. Also my dead line is passed and also they had wasted a hell lot of time.
I had even mailed them and called them even but i am not getting any kind of response.
I want them to be punished for this, Non- disclosure of the complete information before the opening of account in the kotak securities.

Either there is error in their system which they are not resolving after trying to contact them so many times
