Hi,
Kpix provides broadband connection in wagholi, pune. For last 3 days my connection is down. I have been calling them repeatedly but they are not sending any technician to my place to fix the connection. They are also not prompt in picking calls. If someone calls for 5 times then may be once they will pick. I request you to look into this as in absence of any other providers they are actually playing monopoly and harassing customers
