Internet service interrupted

I've been using Kpix Broadband connection since June 2023 and I've already had at least 5 disruptions (lasting more than an hour). I've raised a couple of complaints but this keeps happening too frequently. Moreover, they don't even take calls over the weekend and that makes it difficult to get help. Nowhere to go. Please help..

I stay in marvel fria, wagholi and is a user of kpix broadband services. From 3 days broadband is down and nobody is picking up the phone. I called more than 20 times since yesterday but no body picked the phone. The services is really pathetic and i want them to repay my money. This is really frustrating and it's been more than 72 hrs. There are no services.

Kpix in wagholi charges much more than other broadband services in pune. However, since wagholi still does not have other service providers, kpix playa their monopoly. They charge 950 for 20gb data with 2Mbps speed as compared to others who offer a speed of 5mbps. Moreover, their services are very poor. In a month, there are issues for 3-4 days and internet is completely down. These days are not compensated.

If someone calls for 5 times then may be once they will pick. I request you to look into this as in absence of any other providers they are actually playing monopoly and harassing customers

Worst broadband speed

Hi,
My name is sandeep I stay in wagholi I am using broadband network of kpix however the speed is the worst.
They offer 12MBPS speed and I dont even get 100kbps.
It is the worst network I have ever seen. Whenever I call them they have some illitrate donkeys working with them who doesnt even know what needs to be done.
I am facing speed issues since more than a month and no one bothered to come and check whats the problem.
Hpoeless pathetic company.

I am also facing the speed issue. I have got up to 12Mbps plan but getting speed 100kbps. not able to view any video without any buffering. Please don't take this service

Also they have provided me with a wireless service that is why I am facing so much issues.
People using fibre optic will not have much issues.
When spoken to them they said that they will put fibre optic services as soon as possible but its been a very long time and they have not fulfilled their promise.

I WILL CHANGE MY PROVIDER ONCE GET ANOTHER OPTION.

kpix neworks is good broadband service in wagholi.

I am also using Kpix in Wagholi and found it overall good and satisfactorily. I am getting the 12mbps speed as mentioned by them. In fact some times it goes beyond that also. It is a local firm hence staff is not like a world class company. However they know very well how to do their work. You might need to call them 2-3 times but the work gets done.
The only cons they have is that Internet does not have enough backup when electricity is not there. Also, the plans are not so cheap. Specifically the unlimited plans. They are almost Rs. 150 - 350 costlier than other providers.
The best part of Kpix is that you get full 12mbps speed for Youtube and torrents irrespective of your plan and data usage. I mean It gives full 12mbps speed even when my quota of 25GB exhausts.

Internet just vanishes for several hours.

Its been two days I am using this broad band service. I am very much disappointed as everyday my internet connection disappears fir atleast 2 hours. And the service provider doesn’t care as we have no other choice in this area. Its monopoly rule.

Services are down most of the time. Low speed. Service stays interrupted for few hours alomst every alternate day.
I guess the office executives keep phone receivers aside to avoid taking calls. Engineers hardly pay visit to resolve issues.
They have same excuses always...either fiber cables are being installed(hearing this from last 1year) else main switch is being changed.
