Kpn Parcel — Worst Firm - Product Stolen

I have booked a Parcel from KPN Arcot branch to Dharmapuri.It's been 2 weeks and still the parcel was not delivered.The people at branches were not responding and the customer care person hangs up the call .Now the branch person says it's usual that one in 10 parcel will be stolen as the staff salaries are due for more than 3 months.Never chose this parcel service.No tracking and nothing.
