Kpn Parcel Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a Parcel from KPN Arcot branch to Dharmapuri.It's been 2 weeks and still the parcel was not delivered.The people at branches were not responding and the customer care person hangs up the call .Now the branch person says it's usual that one in 10 parcel will be stolen as the staff salaries are due for more than 3 months.Never chose this parcel service.No tracking and nothing....

Enquiry number and complaints number given are not working.new phone numbers are not updated. Head office staffs are rude behaviour on call not acceptable....

We given parcel (Masala products) from tuticorin to hosur.. But i didnt received that parcel 100% with product.. Means i received 90% product only.. Nealy 500 rs food product missing.. Our box was fully opened and they packed himself with other bag..

Missing items : biscuits 6 pack, peanut bar : 4 bars, cashew nuts, tea filter vessels..

I didnt understand, how will miss the product while broken box.....

We are bks textiles private limited located at palladam, our supplier booked the parcel on 19.03.2020, vide lrno. Blr[protected] with paid basis, we tried to contact the parcel godown palladam from 23.03.2020 onwards no one response, we are go and visit godown office also closed, in palladam godown today 03.06.2020 only opened, we are suffered due to not get proper response our production also getting problem, we getting...

Last month i had ordered printing the visiting cards to "Classic cards- coimbatore
they delivered the consignment thru KPN parcel, i have received the parcel from your velachery outlet{Mr. Ebenezer}, the whole consignment was soaked in oil, nearly about 15000 cards, i asked the printer they said its not their responsibilities, i asked KPN person he said we are not responsible, who the hell responsible for this? are you all running...

Dear sir,
I have booked bike to transfer from kpn travels @ madipakkam branch, chennai on[protected] to cumbum.
While booking they promised it will reach cumbum maximum on monday[protected] and also they promised it will be delivered safely without having any even minor damage.
But i couldn't receive my bike on monday. And after so many follow up by me to chase the bike, i have been asked to receive on my today[protected].br...
