When they are able to charge 630 for a ticket, why can't they provide proper maintenance to the bus. Started the journey at 2.15 pm at perungulathur.
Which is already later than the time mentioned. At 3.45pm the bus had got some problem in the ac volve and they stopped the bus at kennipat. Had to wait for 3 and half hours to proceed with the journey again. And the bus that came had no space at all to accommodate all passengers from this bus. We had to sit in floor and continue the travel to erode to atleast reach the destination. Atleast they could have arranged for another bus soon in a while. Or else must have checked for the seat vacancy in the bus that came. They did nothing. And the travels people were so rude. Worst travel experience ever had.in need of compensation for this service.

    A msg dat i can collect my bikeat but i called (8.27) them they r telling to collect next day at 8.30 pm and the person who is talking through the phone[protected] is very rude not properly responding he said we will close by 7.00 itself... I booked my parcel 2 days before already it got delayed but now also they were doing like this frustrated with this booking.. This is the last tym i'm booking by kpn worst of worst pls don't go by this parcel now i'm in need of emergency of two wheeler this kpn ruined my day

      Myself & my wife traveled on 26th feb from tenkasi to chennai from kpn.

      The following quality not good in that bus (Py01-bd9919)
      1) whole light switch off in bus
      2) water dropping from ac holes
      3) clutch not working while driving

      All passesngers get down in srivilliputhur and call customer to arrange any bus but nobody pick the call

      I have the photos and videos of the bus, will raise a case against kpn in consumer court if they not refund my money back

        Kpn travels just better quit the travel business to safe guard the passengers. I’m not able express in words about their worst most service from avr roundana, salem branch staffs.

        You better train them or feed them how to behave and not to behave like bloody rogues with customers

        This words are not only my words but people who travelled alongside with me.

        Try to provide better service or close your shutters.

          The bus which i am in was breakdown and was struck near kanchipuram, as the driver seeks help from head. Office and some help has been assigned from kanchipuram, while the driver trying to call the guy who is coming from kanchipuram for help is not responding properly and it's been 1.50 hrs where there is no answer from the person from kanchipuram, the poor driver was struck between us and the headoffice not knowing what to do... It's a really very very bad and worst experience for me.. As i am proceeding for a function in metturdam.. Now i am in a hopeless condition wether the bus i'll be repaired or they will make some alternative arrangements... The bus started suffocating since there is no air ventilation...
          Hi maari here, i was travel Bangalore to Tirunelveli Mar-9-2018 on KPN KA51 D0109 vehicle.

          Actual Departure time was 7.00PM but they came at 9.00PM

          Actual Destination reach time was 6.30am but reaching at 9.00am

          I knew you mgmnt are already knows these things still you ppl didn't taken action. If not I will further action

            We asked the driver to drop in attbelle fly over. But he dropped us in the previous stop. Arrogant behaviour when questioned. No blankets provided. Worst experience. This is the ticket for ur ref.

              Very poor quality staff, handling customer very rudely. The trip sheet attender mr thajudeen behaves like a real rowdy and harassing passengers. Let me explain the scenario in some more words, we booked 2 berth seats to come to chennai from madurai. Our kid was also travelling with us. When boarding, the driver (Saravanan) stopped us and asked us to take one more ticket for my kid, initially we resisted and mr. Thajutheen told if he allows the kid the driver will loose his job, by hearing that we agreed to buy the ticket, by the time mr thajutheen started calling as very rudely with some non-parliamentary words, we have no clue that even we agree to buy the ticket why he started shouting us, we are clam initially and our instinct trigger ourselves also shout.

              One more co-passenger came and asked thajutheen to listen that we agreed to buy the ticket. He calm down after. He did not listen our words first instead he assumed that we are arguing with him. I told him to listen many times he is not ready to listen. We told him that we will complain with kpn customer care, he told i can complain any where in the world as he won't budge. We don't have any clue why he shouted on us without listening the words.

              We traveled as family and hearing the non-parliamentary words with my kids and wife was very much painful to me. I like kpn management will take proper actions against this activity and about him. I have attached his photo in this complaint.

              Also the uncontrollable ac makes us sick during the travel, the cap in ac hole in seat was broken and we are unable to close this and the attender also not able to close this and advised us to close the face with the blanket.

              Not sure why kpn is running this kind of bus with poor quality staffs and ac.

                24th jan 2018 morning... Kpn travels bus multiaxle... Having registration number ending with xx60... Is driving very rashly and he brushed my car near srm university. I showed him hand gesture to drive carefully and drive off. Later he stopped beside me and asked me to make a case files if accident happens. He said he doesn't care about anybody. He further said i can't do anything about him. I just ignored him as he is completely crazy about what he is talkingm the driver is a old guys with white beard. Seriously he was driving like crazy. I tried taking video but coundnt. Since it's a big vehicle he was not following a lane and zig zag driving... Imaging a 13m bus zigzagging in two lane road.

                  Myself and my friends (Two of them) have been traveling from chennai (Perungulathur) to trichy on 21/1/18 boarding on 11:15. It was informed earlier that one of my friends will board on koyambedu at 10:30 pm. He was there by 10:00 pm. While he has shown ticket, one of kpn employee told that bus will arrive by 11:00 pm. After few minutes he came to know that bus has left by 10:30 pm. He took the next bus in kpn and told that he can continue in trichy bus from perungulathur. After trichy bus arrived even if the kpn employees told to wait for 10 minutes, the driver started yelling at us stating that "he should have started at koyembedu". It made me really uncomfortable. I was arguing to driver more than 10 minutes and my friend arrived. You should take necessary actions for this cause. I hope this would not happen again.

                    Kpn travel 11 pm bus taken for a/c repair service at the time of passenger boarding, people are unhappy some got unwell due to more waiting time, supervisor behave rude with a passengers. I have a early morning meeting to attend in madurai which has been delayed and i would be loosing huge money, it has also added lot of stress on me due to lack of sleeping. Kpn should repay this loss.
                    Kpn travels started from Velankanni to Bangalore we boarded in tiruvarur with 2 kids and 2 elder people.it was a rash driving and stopped in middle to change driver in Thanjavur. Now that driver has stopped in salem.middle and refusing to start the bus. It was so bad and arrogant. Even the customer care is not responding

                      Dear sir/mam,
                      I am adarsh travelling from chennai to ooty on 19th jan 2018 kpn ac sleeper bus boarded on 8:40p. M at srm university. I called driver at 8:40p. M for asking where the vehicle is. But the driver didn't behave properly. And then i boarded the bus and there was no blanket so i asked him he didn't respond and then he said it's not his responsibility to give blanket s and there are no extra ones also. Im very much disappointed by your travels and the ticket also costs 1200+ so for what sake u r running this travels. I am a regular customer and is this the way u behave with a regular customer.

                        Hi team,

                        This is regarding the kpn travels bus booking.

                        Have received a 1st call saying that, as they have less number of booking requesting me to use the alternative vehicle and 2nd call saying that the bus has been cancelled now and do "what ever you want now".

                        I really contempt the way they were talking to me since i was supposed to travel in another 1 hour.

                        I really appreciate that you have escalated the issue and provide me a proper response.

                          How can your buses be so lethargic in making customers wait.. I am customer traveling from salem to chennai.. Seriously whether i should wait for 3 hrs to get my bus which was scheduled at 10.30pm.. Once i enter the bus i want to know what time i ll reach koyambedu.. I may have so many plans i don’t want to disclose with you people.. But as a customer my activities should move on without any delay in planned schedule.. Seriously i felt bad for being a regular customer of kpn.. But also one of the worst customer service staffs in tirunelveli kpn office and also their responses.. Please look into these problems..                             In KPN bus servicing from Bangalore to Nagercoil, they loaded several sacks and baskets of flowers of various kinds at a stopover location in Hosur. Then the bus halted for dinner around 7:30 pm in "Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets India Pvt Ltd - A2B Veg restaurant" located at Gundalapallai in the by-pass road NH7 Chinnar - Hosur. While the passengers were having food in this A2B restaurant, few workers in that facility including the security...

                            Very very worst bus service in my life. I not even give one star rating also for this kpn bus operator. 11:30 pm is bus time from neyveli to coimbatore on[protected]. It came next day[protected].30 am. I missed to attend my semester exam. First i asked to kpn office they said bus breakdown. After 3.30 am bus came we asked to bus driver, he said bus is coming from chennai. I don't know why this bus operators behaves very cheap and silly like school student. We paid amount for ticket your not giving free service keep in your mind. Better redbus avoid kpn operator in your booking portal. Otherwise kpn close your bus services totally. Because traveled from bangalore to madurai they did same bus late sometimes they changed buses last minute sleeper to semi sleeper. "very very worst operator in bus services is kpn". Bus operator owner from tamilnadu. Please don't tell kpn bus services is tamilian, because shame for tamilians. My humble request people "please avoid booking and travelling in kpn bus services.
                            MY Friend sent my bike from bangalore to chennai. people working in chennai KOYAMBEDU KPN parcel service office are worst. They dont answer my questions properley, and if not answering also not a issue, they are not even giving respect. cheap local guys are sitting at KPN PARCEL SERVICE OFFICE koyambedu Especially on aged Person.

                              Was travelling from chennai to rameshwaram and booked two tickets in kpn travels for me and my mom. The provided bus was py 01 ce 9991 which was a mercedes benz multi axle ac sleeper. Just the name has mercedes in it, the quality of the bus was pathetic very pathetic. The engine noise was roaring inside the sleeper and the ac was not at all up to the mark. The lights were not working, the sockets does not have power supply it is just a # bus. The diesel smell was also entering the last seats of the bus and adding to the engine noise. The bus was poorly maintained and the cost paid for the bus is completely unacceptable. Please take action upon this don't allow buses like these to charge such heavy costs.
                              Bus late by 2 hours in Bangalore. Starting point is Bangalore. The person in service desk ask me why you book Kpn travels if you r not happy with the service. He scold me and told me that don't book Kpn hereafter. The management should take immediate action for that. Place: Madiwala Bangalore.

                                I am booked a hill garlic of 5 kg at palani on 14.12.2017. While booked it was informed that the parcel will reach on 15.12.2017 at 4 pm and i will get information about its arrival. The next day i directly went to kpn super parcel service at west cit nagar nandanam extension chennai 600035. I was informed that the parcel is still lying in parcel and likely to reach by next day. On contacting the next day, they informed that the parcel is being picked up at palani. It did not reach on17th but finally i got information at 10.40 am on 18.12.2017. I wanted to pick up at evening hence rang up to them at 6.15 only the telephone rings no one picked up. Went to the centre at 6.30 every body had left.
                                How this is called speed parcel.
                                Is this type of business service really necessary for the public
                                What is the guarantee about the safety of the materials booked if they are perishable.
                                Above all door delivery extra 150/- instead if you engage a courier next day delivery assured at this cost at your door. Public be aware.
                                KPN providing very bad service. Late for 1 hrs. The bus was at 11pm but now informed that it will be late for 1hr. I booked this bus two weeks before from Qatar. When I went to question them their behaviour was very bad.
                                Worst bus ever i travelled... Travelled with family and have not taken ticket for my 5yr child... They have stopped bus in the middle and asked for payment... As i have booked bus urgency basis... I didn't take any money... Completely collapsed and drivers also showed their worst face... Very bad company...

                                  I am travelling from rameshwaram to bangalore in accordance sleeper coach and the ac is not working here. It is very suffocating and we all are unable to breathe. Nobody on customer care is responding to our calls. Pls resolve this issue asap. We need our refund. This is highly unprofessional.ac not working in the bus is making the old people feeling nauseous. Pathetic service. Will never travel again nor will advise anyone to travel.
                                  Please take nesasary action this driver and please try to watch the all drivers with help of tracking systems then only it will not happen in next bus.

                                    Verily dissappointing, everytime something or the other is happenning.. My partner booked the parcel on 6th aftrnoon 12. Pm and people in salem havent loaded the parcel... During booking itself we mentioned that its very urgent.. Full of injections... It has to be delivered to the patient... U guys are so irresponsible..!! Never in my life i will suggest kpn travels...
