Very poor quality staff, handling customer very rudely. The trip sheet attender mr thajudeen behaves like a real rowdy and harassing passengers. Let me explain the scenario in some more words, we booked 2 berth seats to come to chennai from madurai. Our kid was also travelling with us. When boarding, the driver (Saravanan) stopped us and asked us to take one more ticket for my kid, initially we resisted and mr. Thajutheen told if he allows the kid the driver will loose his job, by hearing that we agreed to buy the ticket, by the time mr thajutheen started calling as very rudely with some non-parliamentary words, we have no clue that even we agree to buy the ticket why he started shouting us, we are clam initially and our instinct trigger ourselves also shout.
One more co-passenger came and asked thajutheen to listen that we agreed to buy the ticket. He calm down after. He did not listen our words first instead he assumed that we are arguing with him. I told him to listen many times he is not ready to listen. We told him that we will complain with kpn customer care, he told i can complain any where in the world as he won't budge. We don't have any clue why he shouted on us without listening the words.
We traveled as family and hearing the non-parliamentary words with my kids and wife was very much painful to me. I like kpn management will take proper actions against this activity and about him. I have attached his photo in this complaint.
Also the uncontrollable ac makes us sick during the travel, the cap in ac hole in seat was broken and we are unable to close this and the attender also not able to close this and advised us to close the face with the blanket.
Not sure why kpn is running this kind of bus with poor quality staffs and ac.
Actual Departure time was 7.00PM but they came at 9.00PM
Actual Destination reach time was 6.30am but reaching at 9.00am
